With the improvement of sports training level, the gap between the smaller players,want to get the winning becomes more difficult in terms of technology, but the key factorwhen the game became a psychological state of athletes to win. Currently, the psychologicalstudy of athletes more focused on the study of psychology and smooth athlete. The so-calledsmooth optimal mental state refers to the state of mental, psychological state after fullyinvolved when people do something, this time is often the most efficient time to dosomething. For athletes, smooth psychological state can play all his strength, evenextraordinary play.The study used a structural equation model testing and psychological measurement,statistical methods, the use of " Flow State Scale-2" psychological state college high jumpathletes in sport studies, the results showed that:1) High Jump Athletes fluent Chinese college students psychological state of fiveinterrelated factors that constitute, respectively, challenge and skill balance, action andconsciousness integration, clear feedback, concentrate on the current task, loss ofself-consciousness.2) By studying the relationship between mental state and smooth motion performancebetween discovery Athletes and clear feedback, challenge and skill balance, concentrate onthe current task, action and consciousness integration, loss of these five dimensions ofself-awareness score is highly correlated (P <0.05). The higher the score, the more prone tofluid state of mind, the better athletic performance.3) research shows that different groups. A group of athletes in the clear feedback,action and consciousness integration, concentrate on the current task, clear goals, challengesand skill balance, transformation of time, sense of control, and enjoy the experience ofthese eight dimensions sharing scoring and R values were greater than B group athletes. Theloss of self-consciousness on this dimension scores and divide the R-value, B group ofathletes is slightly higher than the A group. Further studies showed that, A group of athletesin the loss of self-awareness, action and consciousness integration, concentrate on thecurrent task, clear feedback score, challenges and skills on the balance of five dimensionswere higher than group B athletes, and the difference was significant (P <0.001).4) Different gender studies indicate that female athletes in action and consciousnessintegration challenges and balance skills, self-average scores and R-value loss of such itemsgenerally lower than men athletes consciousness, engrossed in the current task, clearfeedback, time on the changes, clear objectives, a sense of control, and so enjoy theexperience dimensions, female athletes than male athletes scoring high. Further researchfrom these dimensions found in the concentrate on the current task, action andconsciousness integration, loss of self-awareness, challenge and skill balance, clearfeedback on these five dimensions, both male and female athletes have a very big difference(P <0.001).5) recommended daily jump training college coaches in training, mental trainingappropriate to increase the content to improve mental abilities of athletes, lack ofself-confidence and strong, easy to be disturbed by the external environment of collegeathletes should intervene promptly to prevent the game, can not play my best competitivelevel.
