Nowadays, sports scholars have paid close attention to the phenomenon of "Choking" in competitive competitions. The phenomenon of "Choking" has gradually become a hot research topic in the field of sports psychology and sports psychology. The "Choking" phenomenon has always been the study of sports psychology. The hot spot is particularly important in the study of sports psychology. It has a very important relationship with the level of performance and athletic performance in athlete competition. The “Choking” phenomenon is a psychological problem that athletes often encounter in key situations.Athletes usually have to make their own judgments and choices.During the competition, athletes can not make correct choices and judgments every time due to environmental, stress, cognitive characteristics, etc. In the actual operation process, you will encounter a variety of interferences and confusions, and the “Choking” phenomenon will occur. The “Choking” phenomenon,as a unique anxiety phenomenon in the field of sports, refers to the tendency of athletes to worries in current and anticipated potentially threatening situations or critical situations during training and competition.Based on the research theories and experimental research of scholars at home and abroad, this paper studies the phenomenon of "Choking" in college high jumpers.Taking 40 male high jumpers from Shandong Normal University and Shandong Institute of Physical Education as a sample, using Competitive Sate Anxiety Inventory-2(CSAI-2),Self Consciousness Scale(Self Consciousness)Scale(SCS)for processing and quantitative analysis, competition trait anxiety, goal orientation, self for high jumpersThe relationship between efficacy and self-awareness and the phenomenon of“Choking”,and the use of independent sample t-test,paired test, etc.to analyze and analyze the data, further study the phenomenon of “Choking” in college high jumpers, and make a certain appearance Interventions such as training are aimed at combining theory with practice, strengthening research on ways to cope with and prevent athletes from appearing “Choking”,and exploring intervention methods and effect evaluations suitable for the “Choking” phenomenon of a certain group or special athletes,so that coaches can strive for In the usual training, the athletes can be guided to perform the corresponding representation training, which is the method for the athletes to control the "Choking" phenomenon, and calmly deal with various emergencies and key situations in the game. The results of this paper show that:1.There was no significant fluctuation in the high jump performance of the college high jump athletes in the low pressure situation between the control group and the experimental group before the experiment. There were no significant differences in cognitive state anxiety, physical state anxiety,self-confidence state and competitive state anxiety, and internal self-awareness,public self-awareness,and self-awareness.2.Before the experiment, the high jump performance of the college high jump athletes in the control group and the experimental group decreased in the high-pressure situation. There is no significant difference in cognitive state anxiety, physical state anxiety,self-confidence state and competitive state anxiety, internal self-awareness,public self-awareness and self-awareness,in cognitive state anxiety, physical state anxiety, competitive state anxiety, internal Self-awareness,the public's self-awareness and self-awareness all show an upward trend, and the self-confidence dimension has a downward trend.3.After the experiment, there was a significant difference in the high jump performance of the college high jumpers in the control group and the experimental group under high pressure.Cognitive state anxiety, physical state anxiety,self-confidence state and competitive state anxiety, and the public have significant differences in self-awareness and self-awareness,and internal self-consciousness has certain differences.4.The self-confidence status of the control group was significantly different under the high-pressure situation before and after the experiment. The differences ofcognitive state anxiety, physical state anxiety and competition state anxiety were not significant. The public self-consciousness was different, but the inner self-consciousness and self-consciousness were not significant differences.5.Before and after the experiment, the college high jump athletes in the experimental group showed significant differences in the four levels of cognitive state anxiety, physical state anxiety,self-confidence state and competition state anxiety in the high-pressure situation. The inner self-consciousness has certain differences.Public self-awareness and self-awareness are significantly different.6.After the experimental intervention, the “Choking” phenomenon of the high jump athletes weakened.
