The maternity insurance system in china has experienced four stages:the social maternity insurance period,the enterprise maternity insurance period,the maternity insurance reform exploration period,the improvement of the maternity insurance period.With the continuous development of our maternity insurance system,women began to participate in social division of labor,they have undertaken the same responsibility as men.At the same time,they also need to take more family responsibilities than men.Women in balancing work and family relationship pressure is more and more serious.As a maternity insurance system that is closely related to women's rights,the society and women gave it more and more attention,and the actual demands by women is also higher and higher.The maternity insurance system not only needs to shoulder the responsibility about women of reproductive period,but also needs to ensure women's work and family balance and promote the development of women.The survey based on the female worker of different enterprises on the basis of questionnaire.This study attempts to assess the development of the maternity insurance system in china,from the perspective of the nature of different enterprises.Through the descriptive analysis of the behaviors associated with women,this study put forward a series of problems of the maternity insurance system in china.At the same time,this study further to explore the relationship between the maternity insurance system in china and the balance of women's work and family.Four hypotheses are proposed and verified,Finally it is concluded that women's satisfaction with the work and family depends on the satisfaction with the maternity insurance system.That is to say,there is a positive correlation relationship between the maternity insurance system in china and the balance of women's work and family.On the basis of the above conclusion,aiming at the existing problem of maternity insurance system in china,this study has proposed the future direction of the maternity insurance system in china.Our country needs to build the maternity insurance system which can truly ensure women's work and family balance and promote the development of women.This paper is divided into the following sections:The first part,as the introduction of the text.The second part,an overview of the evolution of maternity insurance system in china and the status quo characteristics.And this part also analyzes the differentiation in different parts of the maternity insurance system in china.The third part,this part mainly analyzes the design of foreign maternity insurance system,to explore the useful experience of maternity insurance system abroad.The fourth part,It is not only the empirical research part of this article,but also the focus of this article.This part mainly research the maternity insurance system running effect of difference in the different nature of the enterprise.The maternity insurance system through the three stages,a series of problems are put forward.At the same time,this part further to explore the relationship between the maternity insurance system in china and the balance of women's work and family.Four hypotheses are proposed and verified,Finally it is concluded that there is a positive correlation relationship between the maternity insurance system in china and the balance of women's work and family.This part aims at understanding the balance of women's work and family in the relations of the dynamic,and their actual demands of the country's maternity insurance system.The fifth part,On the basis of the above conclusion,puting forward the direction of reform for the maternity insurance system in china.At the same time,our country needs to build the maternity insurance system which can truly ensure women's work and family balance and promote the development of women.The sixth part,summarizing the previous studies,and analysis the lack of research.About the study of late,further prospects and suggestions are put forward.
