The Global Culture From The Perspective Of "Shaolin Martial Arts" Evolution And Propagation

In 1982, the film "Shaolin Temple" was released worldwide,and received rave reviews, Shaolin Temple is so famous all over the world. After the state, for the convenience of the Sino foreign cultural exchanges,the government make the large-scale reconstruction on the Shaolin Temple, the Millennium Temple shines with new luster. Shaolin Wushu is born in the atmosphere of Shaolin Temple's unique Zen culture system.It with martial arts as a form of expression, fully embodies the Shaolin Zen Buddhism thought and the essence of Chinese traditional culture connotation, thus forming a unique Shaolin Wushu culture forms--"Zen one ". In recent years, along with the many Shaolin martial arts films published and international communication speed up, Songshan Shaolin Temple has embarked on the road of development of international business. Chinese government and International Wushu Federation have increased the number of Shaolin martial arts to participate in international competition, which makes the Shaolin martial arts world famous, occupy the position play a decisive role in the world martial arts enthusiasts' mind. In today's world, the Shaolin martial arts has become "symbol" and "a gilded signboard" of Chinese culture and Chinese Wushu. Therefore, having a careful study on the important role of Shaolin Wushu in the play that the globalization evolution and propagation process of China traditional culture.This is an important research content of the Shaolin martial arts and Chinese martial arts in the process of dissemination and development, is also an unavoidable problem.This article utilizes the method of literature?field method?questionnaire survey method and other research methods to analyze the evolution and spread of Shaolin martial arts, in order to provide some reference value for the dissemination and development of Shaolin Martial Arts in the future, and also offer reference of model for the propagation and development of Chinese other Wushu boxing.Firstly, this article defines the concept of Shaolin Wushu and Chinese martial arts, the Shaolin martial arts mentioned in this paper is usually said collectively " the Shaolin boxing" or "Shaolin Kung Fu". Secondly, combing the history evolution of Shaolin martial arts, and revealing its important position in the process of Chinese history, exploring the factors of success or failure of its historical inheritance and development; analysing the relationship among Shaolin Wushu and Confucianism?Buddhis?Taoism. And dig deep the Shaolin martial arts' cultural connotation. Finally, has an investigation of Shaolin martial arts performers?Shaolin martial arts competitors and Shaolin martial arts enthusiasts, conducting the research to the Shaolin martial arts films?competitions and performances, in-depth analysing of the success and failure factors in the process of dissemination of Shaolin wushu. The study found that the Shaolin martial arts exists some problems in the process of international communication:1) The Shaolin martial arts movies have lots of commercial elements, and lack of cultural content;2) Skills to the Shaolin martial arts are developing the direction of "Wu dance", weakening of the attack;3) Shaolin Kung Fu theater storyline and technical content are almost the same, and the production level is not high;4) The relevant departments of the state is not strict in the Shaolin martial arts performances and competition of market supervision, posing as the Shaolin Temple monks appears in society, these "fake monk" are cheatingand having a negative influence for Shaolin Temple;5) Martial arts professional employment is narrow, Shaolin martial arts has a less professional coach, and its' growth cycle is length;6) Practicing people toward younger, middle-aged and elderly people are in the poor communication effect;7) Media has a small propaganda, resulting in less people contact Shaolin wushu in daily life.This article in view of the problems which Shaolin Wushu exists in the process of transmission, put forward the following suggestions for development:1)To strengthen the dissemination of Shaolin Zen cultural, achieve "Zen"?"Wu" equal in the dissemination;2) Seeking cultural identity in intercultural communication actively, the passive dissemination of Shaolin martial arts to active communication;3) The relevant departments to strengthen supervision, rebuild a new Shaolin image;4) Cooperation with professional to build high quality Shaolin Kung Fu stage plays;5) To popularize Shaolin Qigong project, and promote the dissemination of Shaolin Martial Arts in the middle-aged and elderly people;6) Invited media intervention to strengthen the propaganda of Shaolin wushu.
