The Research Of Track And Field Trainer Present Situation Of The Liaoning Province

This research is based on the scientific development theory, the sports training theory and the barrel theory, using the documentation method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis method, analyzing the elements that affect overall quality of the track and field trainer. The object of this research is the coaches of Liaoning Provincetrack and field.Through the investigation and statistics, we found that at present, the construction of the Liaoning Provincetrack and field coaches'status as follows:(?) According to the basic situation of track and field coaches in liaoning province we found that the distribution in the age structure is reasonable, but technical title structure is not reasonable. The overall level of degree structure has improved greatly than before. The coaches who have 16 years of coaching in the fixed number of year of the coach account for the highest proportion. The ratio of Sports college students who become coaches after graduation is very high. Coaches'technical grade is main national athletes. Most of our provincial track and field coaches are high level athletes that have accepted formal training.(?) Survey of Liaoning Province track and field coaches mentality status shows that:On the wages have certain gap compared with other provinces. Track and field coaches have a strong dedication and sense of responsibility and work very hard, but are not very satisfied with working situation and management system.(?) According to the Liaoning Provencal track and field coaches knowledge level it shows that:Coaches basic theoretical knowledge is not comprehensive enough. And almost all realized the importance of the medical treatment and the health care knowledge in modern training; But computer and English are not optimistic, remains to be further improved.(?) According to the Liaoning Province track and field coaches working ability it shows that:coaches always work out new ideas in training and have strong ability of coordination at interpersonal relationships. The science and experience material selection method has gradually been noticed and understood. On the training plan they has fully recognize the importance of scientific training. The way of recovery after the training is single. The training principles are not science, the way of getting information is limited to some degree. The means for athletes'body function test did not reach the scientific training level, are still in low level.(?) Survey of Liaoning Province track and field coaches work result shows that: transportation situation of the athletes in our province is not optimistic, reserve talented person is relatively lacking. Overall level of trained athletes is not high, lacking top athletes; Coaches'scientific research ability, summarizing and describing ability are seriously insufficient.(?) Survey in Liaoning Province track and field coaches job training shows that:the national and provincial sports administration organizations'job training is the main means of the job training. Coaches are very satisfied with the job training and think it is very important to increase the relationship between the training teacher during the training.Using the above present situation and combining with the key factors that affect the overall quality of track and field coaches analyze the result, using the wooden barrel theory can analyze that among the factors that affect the overall quality of Liaoning Provincetrack and field coaches, knowledge level of coaches, teaching achievements and coaching ability are the short board that affect its scientific development and sustainable development, then I give my advice to solve those problems. My research focus on providing valuable reference for Liaoning Provincetrack and field coaches team's further development.
