Perfor mance eva luat ion o f subject construct ion is a means to promote t he deve lopme nt of subject construct ion and is an important part of t he subject constr uct ion ma nage ment. At present, most evaluat ions to the disc ipline construct ion in colleges and univers it ies are based on the absolute assessme nt, which p lays an important ro le in guidance and motivat ion to promote co lle ges and universit ies. But absolute evaluat ion always concerns litt le about the deve lopment of the disc ipline of cond it ions and t he construct ion effic ie ncy; inner d isadvantages are also very obvious. Therefore, we need to take a certa in met hod and mean, a n scie nt ific eva luatio n of the perfor mance of the subject construct ion, which ha ve important funct io n and mea ning to improve the le ve l of subject construct ion, promote scient ific ma nage ment, guarantee to achieve the goal of construction of disciplines.As a sc ient ific eva luat io n met hod, perfor mance manage me nt work out well in t he econo mic fie ld, but the applicat ion in colle ges and universit ies is st ill in exp lor ing stage. Performa nce evaluat ion t heory of perfor mance mana geme nt provides a new research persp ective for t he performa nce evaluat ion o f subject construct ion in univers ity. This paper first ge neralizes the research sit uat ion of this topic, and start ing fro m the concept of performa nce to bring up the concept of performa nce eva luat ion of subject construct ion. This paper expounds the princip le s of subject construct ion the perfor mance eva luat ion s hould fo llow. Base on the research of t he exist ing results and fo llow the princ iple, this paper pays attent ion to the constr uct ion of the performa nce, build the index syste m fro m the angle of input and output points of disc iplines and researches the disc ip line construct io n of performa nce eva luat ion index syste m structure and the calculation method of performance evaluation.This paper is mainly studied the disc ip line construct ion of perfor mance evaluat ion syste m. By us ing literature ana lys is, quant itat ive analys is and other met hods, the related research results, based on the scie nt ific construct ion, the imp le mentat ion o f class ificat ion eva luat ion, and use the AHP method, respective ly, to build the "engineer ing subject construct ion index system of perfor mance evaluat ion of output ", "subject construct io n output perfor mance evaluat ion index system of science ", "ma nage ment d iscip line construct ion output perfor manc e eva luat io n index system", "huma nit ies construct io n index syste m of performa nce eva luat ion of output ". O utput ind icators are cons isted of the academic team, scient ific research, personne l training, and the three first- le ve l ind icators. The conte nt and weights of the second and third le vel ind icators is highlighted the four characterist ics of the different discip lines and research t he law o f deve lopme nt. For input ind icators, this paper does not set weights. C oeffic ient o f perfor mance as the inspectio n disc ip line construct ion input and output and dynamic ma nage ment on the basis of constr uctio n funds, the specific calculat ion for mula for X = C /T + K. A mong them, the X = perfor mance coeffic ient; C = output va lue; T = investme nt va lue; Co mplete coeffic ient K = land mark achie ve ments. Fina lly according to build the index syste m and the formula for ca lculat ing coeffic ie nts of perfor ma nce this paper selects eight departments to do discip line construct ion per forma nce of emp ir ica l research, and the correspond ing Suggestions.
