Research On The Construction Of The Evaluation Index System Of Domestic First-class Undergraduate In Sports Training

The Ministry of Education has implemented the "Double Million Plan" since2019,aiming to improve the quality of undergraduate education and the level of talent training in colleges and universities,and strengthen the conformal development.Sports training is one of the undergraduate sports majors in Chinese colleges and universities.Under the current national strategy of promoting sports power,national fitness and health,the training of competitive sports reserve talents has attracted much attention,and the demand for sports training professionals is also growing.Therefore,the requirements for the quality and skills of sports training professionals are getting higher and higher,and the training quality of sports training professionals is put forward higher requirements.How to promote the construction of sports training major to become a national first-class undergraduate major,it is very important to build a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system.This study uses literature,Delphi method,questionnaire and expert scoring method to explore and study the evaluation index system of domestic first-class undergraduate majors in sports training,and determines the specific first-level index,second-level index and third-level index of the evaluation system.In addition,12 representative colleges and universities that have been rated as domestic first-class undergraduate colleges and universities for sports training and 3 representative colleges and universities that have not been rated as domestic first-class undergraduate colleges and universities for sports training have been selected to verify and apply the evaluation index system to verify its scientificity,rationality and operability.In order to further promote the development of sports training major construction of domestic first-class undergraduate major.There are three main conclusions of this study:(1)The evaluation index system of domestic first-class undergraduate sports training major is constructed,which includes 2 first-level indexes,11 second-level indexes and 35 third-level indexes.(2)It is necessary to construct the evaluation index system of the sports training major at all levels,the weight of each index is reasonable,and the weight score of each index is in line with the actual situation,which has strong guiding value for the construction of the sports training major into the domestic first-class undergraduate major.(3)The evaluation index system of domestic first-class undergraduate sports training major is suitable for sports training majors in colleges and universities,and can effectively play the diagnostic and guiding role of the evaluation index system in the construction of sports training major,which is conducive to the rapid development of sports training major.
