Construct The Evaluation Index System Of High School Student Athletes In The Traditional Project Of Volleyball Research

As China's three major ball,volleyball did outstanding performance.In 2016 Rio Olympic Games,Chinese women's volleyball team did not let people down,they achieve great success once again.Volleyball reserve talents training is the key to the future development of volleyball.not only to pay attention to athletic Ability,but also attach importance to the overall quality.The volleyball traditional project school as a breeding ground for enlightenment and popular volleyball,they promote healthy development of volleyball in China."Ministry of Education on strengthening and improving the overall quality of senior high school students " stressed that the full implementation of the overall quality evaluation can promote students understanding themselves,planning life,proactive development,and also meet the needs of today's social development.Therefore,the significance of this study is to establish an effective comprehensive quality evaluation system for the transformation of China's sports reserve and available reference for college enrollment.This paper constructs the comprehensive quality evaluation index system of high school athletes in traditional volleyball school,and evaluates the comprehensive quality of high school athletes in volleyball traditional school.And it can show the comprehensive quality of students base on the objective and comprehensive index,so that parents,coaches and teachers can observe the situation of the students,record and analysis,found strengths and weaknesses,and then take appropriate measures to help students understand themselves,planning life,and is conducive to students participating in healthy and comprehensive development.This paper uses the literature,questionnaire,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and logical analysis to construct,select,summarize and compute the comprehensive quality evaluation index of high school students in volleyball traditional school,and finally establish The Evaluation Index System of the Senior Middle School Athletes Comprehensive Quality in the Volleyball Traditional Project School.The main conclusions are as follows: 1.Construct the evaluation index system of high school student athletes in the traditional project of volleyball,including three first-level indicators,ten second-level indicators and 32 third-level indicators.2.Construct two pairs of judgment matrix,and draw each weight coefficient of the high school athletes overall quality evaluation index system.3.Construct three indicators evaluation methods and evaluation criteria.4.Select a national traditional volleyball project school randomly in Beijing and evaluate the students' comprehensive quality,the results of which reflect the actual situation of the comprehensive quality of the volleyball reserve talents.
