Research2is based on the index system, use questionnaire and mathematical statistics method reveals Zhejiang P.E professional degree Master the basic condition of professional qualification.This study finally get the following conclusions:(1) P.E Master’s Study aptitude evaluation index system including level3index, first class index for study aptitude, second indexes including public knowledge ability, professional core areas ability, research ability, including professional core areas of the weight of the highest ability, scientific research ability of the weight is the second smallest, and public knowledge ability of the lowest weight; third indexes includes tools, and the general knowledge base knowledge, professional technology, professional practice ability, knowledge ability, scientific practice ability.(2) Zhejiang P.E professional degree Master’s study aptitude whole are to a general standard level (M=3.37); Zhejiang P.E professional degree Master’s study aptitude level structural differences between existing features, professional ability of the core areas of the highest average score (M=3.50), the scientific research ability take second place (M=3.34), public knowledge ability the lowest (M=3.29).
