Research On Adopting Club Open Physical Education In Unversities Of Liao Ning Province

In recent years, Chinese college students'physical fitness has declined continuously, and the number of overweight and obese students has increased significantly, which has become a major health problem for college students. Questionnaire filled in by college students from Liaoning province showed that lacking interest in physical education, boring contents, never touched sports and the phenomenon that student participate in physical education passively cause the students' repulsion psychology to physical education. Foregoing reasons show that the existing traditional sports teaching mode can give less and less help to contemporary college students' health issues, therefore the introduction of a new mode of physical education is the most effective way to improve this situation.The research of the club-open physical education model conforms to the development trend of physical education colleges, sports target's updates, sports curriculum reform's deepening arising and it is a new physical education model under the premise of these trends. It breaks the original concept of traditional sports teaching mode, takes the physical education into account from the students'point of view in the greatest degree, makes students have the option in physical education courses, develops students' ability to participate in physical exercise, sets up the idea that taking part in physical activity whole life long. At the same time, it injects new vitality into the college physical education in Liaoning province, and plays an important role in promoting the development of the college physical education in Liaoning province.Research methods used in this paper are literature, questionnaires, field interviews, logical analysis, and field observation. We find out the basic situation of colleges'in Liaoning province carrying out the club-open physical education teaching mode and compare it with the traditional mode. Then we get several major features and advantages of the club-open physical education teaching mode and sum up that how to promote and carry out it in the colleges of Liaoning province. Through seven universities' survey, data collection and collation in Liaoning Province, we get the questions in carrying out the club-open physical education teaching mode in the colleges of Liaoning province, and put forward some constructive suggestions for these problems making optimal combination of its constituent elements. In this way, we open up new ideas of carrying out club-open physical education teaching mode in colleges of Liaoning province in order to make physical education can have continuous reform and innovation and provide reference for physical education reform in colleges of Liaoning province.
