An Intervention Research Of The Service Attitude Of Nurses In Pension Agency

Increasingly aging population having put pressure into institutional care tremendously. On the one hand, the essential life care provided by the pension agency has been unable to meet the diverse needs of the elderly; on the other hand, the capacity and quality of the pension service team has been unable to meet the diverse needs of the elderly. During the practice of training grassroots nurses,I found that attitude plays a vital role in improving the quality of the pension agency nursing services, and it is the premise for the skills to practice. So, the author try to use attitude persuasion model, using social work methods to improve the attitude of front-line nurses, to prepare for the following promotion of skills.The author conducted an external stimulus from demonstration of social worker,directly intervention of social work class as well as settings of environmental systems, to improve nursing service attitude, and assess the effectiveness of intervention of nursing service attitude from cognition, emotion, and action three levels. The results show that nurses has significantly improved at two levels of cognition and action, and in the emotional level there is some improvement, but not significantly.Finally, the author conclude that external stimulus from social worker can only get shallow cognitive and behavioral change, it is difficult to produce a significant impact on the deep-seated emotional attitudes of the nursing staff. The reason, on the one hand, the ingrained beliefs of nurses can not be changed easily; on the other hand, it is very difficult to stimulate their emotion migration on account of the lower participation during the process.In applying the attitude persuasion model, social workers should not only take their strength of beliefs and personality factors into account,but should also focus on the level of participation, in order to achieve the final result.
