At present,in order to adapt to the gradual improvement of the socialist market economy system,China's pension service model is undergoing a transition from traditional service mode to socialized service, and service of retired army cadres is also covered. The early military retired cadres service has been unable to fully adapt to the needs of socialist market economic development and military reform. At this stage,it has impacted the psychological stability and ideology of retired army cadres, which also has affected their attitude towards socialized service. This study comes from the internship experience of the author during the post graduate period. The research objects are retired cadres from C and D military retired cadres'community. The research on the military retired cadres with mild rejection attitude towards socialized service mainly focuses on military cadres' attitude change to socialized service through group work intervention, which is based on the research in the military cadres demand and its impact on socialized service attitude with the method of qualitative research. This study suggests that imbalance between service supply and demand in the field and psychological dependence on the traditional service mode are the main factors causing military cadres' mild rejective attitude towards socialized service, and we build " military cadres' socialized service attitude change model " based on the Hovland's persuasion process model. This model focuses on the action mechanism of various factors in the group on the attitude change of service objects, and the path of external stimulation of service objects, including communicators, target objects and their path selection, communication information, situational settings and group relationship. On this basis,we carry out the group work intervention activities to change military cadres' attitude, through designing scheme, model application and group work evaluation. This study suggests that group intervention reached the expected goal and effect, the military cadres' misunderstanding and mild rejection attitude to socialized service alleviate or even eliminate.
