Incentive mechanism has become an important factor affecting and restricting the construction of teachers and the development of schools.In the context of the contemporary era,private secondary vocational schools are facing more and more competition.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers and adopt effective ways to motivate teachers effectively,so as to improve the initiative and enthusiasm of the work.However,incentive has not played its due role.There are many problems in the incentive mechanism,which has a negative impact on the development of schools,and is not conducive to the long-term development of schools,but also hinders the sustainable impact of private secondary vocational schools in Yunnan.Therefore,on the basis of combing and summarizing the domestic and foreign research results on the motivation of teachers in secondary vocational schools,this paper holds that teachers,as the key factor restricting private secondary vocational schools,need to adopt effective incentive methods to build a motivation mechanism with sufficient motivation,smooth operation,clear subject and stable guarantee.At the same time,incentive mechanism has become one of the measures to solve the problem of private secondary vocational development,and it is also a topic worthy of academic discussion and research.In this paper,Y school incentive mechanism as the research object,to explore its problems and root causes analysis.Firstly,it elaborates the core concepts and related theories of incentive mechanism at home and abroad.Secondly,according to the actual situation of the school,we design questionnaires and interviews to understand the views of school teachers on school incentives,present and analyze the status quo of school incentives.Thirdly,according to the main ways of school teachers' incentive,such as salary,performance,professional training and career development,this paperanalyses the causes of the problems around the incentive mechanism,and concludes that there is a lack of systematic internalization of the overall reform vision within the school,the professional teacher evaluation system and organizational structure have not yet been established,and the initiative of school teachers to participate in the reform has not been fully stimulated.Teachers' professional development needs are limited.Finally,combined with the development strategy and objectives of private seconda ry vocational schools,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of constructing the incentive mechanism for Y school teachers.
