Coupled with the currenthousehold living standards improved significantly, the students become more abundantsources of education, high school education, joint education and study abroad, etc. graduallyaccepted by mainstream society, Taking all factors, secondary vocational school enrollmentin recent years, there has been widespread difficulties students scarcity, poor quality, difficultto phenomena such as graduate employment, and thus resulting in the shrinking size of theschool staff, teaching level down, low efficiency, to a certain extent, resulting in a waste ofresources of vocational education.And difficulties facing the development of vocational education is similar in vocationalteaching them, there are also many problems, the most remarkable, that is, the quality ofeducation issue. The quality of teaching is to determine the future development of vocationaleducation decisive factor. Improvement in the quality of education among vocational schoolstudents faced with a weak foundation, the uneven quality of urban and rural differences andother practical aspects of the face of such a group, in order to seek to maximize the qualityand efficiency of education, students take the initiative to stimulate knowledge awareness,foster a sense of social crisis of survival, change " passive learning" as "I want to learn ", youhave to pay attention incentives as in daily teaching activities in vocational schools is veryimportant factor. But incentives are not conquering the world, incentive mechanism and othermanagement, teaching the same mechanism, with certain limitations, we need to use theright. The main motivation of teachers, receptors are a student, then the initiative willencourage the teacher to grasp, when the sound perfect incentive mechanism, but also animportant factor in the decision incentive effects. Incentives to use the timing and occasion,extent and methods, transient and timeliness should be mastered properly. On thetiming is concerned, such as the new semester first class; sung a song quite difficult; raceafter winning; demand the presence of a strong desire for time; student enthusiasm high orlow when...... etc. so many opportunities, look after all not to be missed. Grasp the student’spersonality, to art students, for example, for the music is not strong interest in learning orlearning more difficult for students, we should always be good at discovering their glitteringtimely, appropriate and often motivate evaluation, so that gradually go on "I want to learn "track. Therefore, we choose appropriate and effective use incentives and the formation ofroutine, establish a comprehensive incentive mechanism, we can continue to inspire studentsto learn the potential to promote the development of each student to achieve differentiation,towards their own success.In this paper, Yantai first secondary vocational schools as an example for analysis.
