Research On The Coordination Between The Industrial Structure And The Disciplines Construction Of Universities In Xinjiang

In the times of knowledge-based economy, the process of economic globalization,the development of science and technology progress, and the competition of comprehensive national strength are becoming increasingly fierce. As the key areas of higher education, the discipline construction in the university is becoming a strong driving force of regional economic rapid growth. However, in the new requirements of China's entry into WTO and the scale of higher education, the university's discipline construction in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has some problems such as the disharmony between economic construction and social development to a certain extent. Therefore, better understanding the relationship of coordinated development between the regional industrial structure and the university's discipline construction is not only the requirements and challenges of the new normal, but also an important and difficult task to achieve the comprehensive construction of a well-off society and social development. Meanwhile, it has important practical significance to match the needs of university personnel training and the development of industrial structure, and promote the training of higher education to better serve the social development.Firstly, based on the domestic and foreign related existing research results of the relationship of coordination between industrial structure and university's discipline construction, this paper combines the relevant concepts, theories and research methods, and finds that the existing literature is more qualitative evaluation of regional industrial structure and discipline construction coordination, and less use of quantitative methods to evaluate. Secondly, from the two aspects of the situation of development and the relationship of interaction, this paper makes status analysis of the industrial structure of Xinjiang and the evolution of the University's discipline construction, and tries to analyze the coordination between the two aspects. Then,from the three subsystems including overall level of regional economy, industrial structure, economic and social responses and the three subsystems including resource conditions, results output and environment coordination, we establish the evaluation index system of Xinjiang industrial structure and the coordinated development of the discipline construction in universities. And using improved entropy method and the coupling system model, we carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the industrial structure evolution system and the university discipline construction system of Xinjiang and based on the related statistics, we also measure the degree of coordination between the two systems. The results show that: in the 1997-2013,Xinjiang industrial structure evolution and university discipline construction two system coupling level is higher. The overall classification is coordinated development,but the coordination of the development of the industry structure and the coordination of the University discipline". Finally, some countermeasures are put forward:(1) totake the initiative to adjust the three industrial structure of Xinjiang, and promoting the coordinated development of the industry;(2) to adjust actively the structure of the university education in Xinjiang, and promote the dynamic balance between the educational structure and industrial structure;(3) to strengthen initiatively the cultivation of innovative ability and promote the coordination development between the industry structure and the discipline construction.
