Based on the background of the era of knowledge economy, higher education is becoming a strong driving force to promote the rapid development of regional economy. The problem that how to grasp firmly the relations of coordinated development between higher education and regional economies is not only the demands and challenges brought about by the new economic era but also an arduous task of achieving the country's economic and social development in China.In recent years, with changes of socio-economic structure, the industry demands for talents are constantly changing too. As an important base for training personnel, higher education should continue to meet the change. The disciplines construction, the focus of the development of school education, disciplines specific ideas for future development and development goals; guides all aspects of the school; focus on personnel training, scientific research and the construction of social services; focus on increasing university level; bing up talents who apply to all stages of development, so as to better serve the community. However, the current structural imbalance in higher education is personnel training, and its main structural imbalance for the subject. Using of Shaanxi Province of the disciplinary construction and industrial structure of the relevant data, by quantitative analysis method to study the relationship. The results show that college humanities class of Shaanxi Province disciplines be greatly influenced the development of tertiary industry.; Economic and social science disciplines, engineering and natural sciences subjects by the second and third industries to be larger; Agronomy subject by three changes in the industry is not too great. Subject structure and industrial structure through the regression model built in Shaanxi province disciplinary construction direction forecast. On this basis, Universities in Shaanxi province on construction and development of the subject puts forward policy recommendations. Higher Education in Shaanxi province should be changed to the Higher education; should control engineering and natural sciences disciplines enrollment, continue to expand economic and social science disciplines enrollment, emphasis on subject in humanities disciplines and the construction of agricultural science and gradually expand its enrollment.
