Countermeasures Study And Development States Of Traditional Basketball Schools In Zhejiang Province

Youth Basketball talents not only play important parts in Chinese basketball, but also is the new force for the durative and long-term development of basketball in China. With the continuous development and improvement of market economic system, a series of changes in social economy and revolution bring a big challenge to Chinese traditional cultivating system of sports talents. Cultivating system of basketball talents, which is based on sports training schools, gradually appears different kinds of problems and shortcomings, resulting a serious lack of reserve personnel phenomenon. How to solve the problem of Basketball Reserve Personnel Training is imminent, and to explore the new path of reforming basketball training system is imperative.Traditional basketball training school project, as a perfect combination of school sports and competitive sports, not only can promote the development of basketball, improve students' physical fitness, but also can make full use of educational resources to let athletes receive a sounder fundamental education, which shows great advantages of cultivating outstanding and all-round basketball talents. Traditional basketball training school project is an important mode of the cultivation of the reserve basketball players. It is very important to explore the training mode of our country's back up basketball players.In this paper, through the use of literature, questionnaire survey,field survey, interview and mathematical statistics and many other methods, an empirical research on the development of traditional basketball training school project has been carried out in Zhejiang Province. Based on the analysis of the data, the problems in the actual operation are analyzed and then the factors that influence the development are concluded. According to the analysis presented above and theoretical knowledge and practice exploration about sports teaching,reasonable suggestions and strategies to promote traditional basketball training school project are put forward, aiming at an orderly and healthy development in Zhejiang.In this paper, the empirical research on the development of traditional basketball training school project focuses on the following five aspects:the overall situation of, status of coaches, status of athletes, funding and management, training and competition situation.The research shows that the following major six problems that traditional basketball training school project in Zhejiang now is facing. Firstly,the number of traditional basketball training school project is small as well as existing the problem of disjointed training levels; secondly,the overall structure of professional qualified coaches is not high;thirdly, the source of athletes is single and the education of athletes is unbalanced; fourthly, school management system is not perfect and runs a single model in the developing process; fifthly, the proportion of school special fund investment is small, the source of it is narrow,and facility resources are inadequate; lastly, training plans are not scientific enough and the opportunities for teams to join in competitions is a little. Therefore, the following targeted measures are put forward:first, adjust school level branch reasonably, strengthen the construction of traditional basketball training school project and perfect the school management system; second,increase the proportion of school special fund investment, expand financial channels, taking diversified operational model; third, increase the opportunities that coaches can go out for learning and training to improve the training level; fourth, broaden the recruitment channels, formulate scientific and reasonable training plan; fifth, actively introduce high school coaches and culture class teachers, improve the overall quality of athletes.
