Research On Training Ways Of Basketball Talents In Traditional Schools In Southern Zhejiang

For the training of athletes in normal high schools with basketball traditions,the premise is to select and recruit the talents,the foundation is teaching quality.Training and competition aim to improve the talents and provide the talents to universities.Besides,related hardware and software facilities are the basic guarantee.It is important to improve the sports level and comprehensive quality of the athletes,as well as to ensure their academic performance and entrance problem.Schools should accurately orientate their training objectives,and find a balance between teaching and training,and achieve a win-win result under the pressure of quality education and entrance.In this paper,field investigation,interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics are the main research methods.Four representative The Traditional Basketball Schools in southern Zhejiang province were selected,including Huipu Middle School,Ouhai Middle School,Longgang Senior Middle School and Jinyun Middle School.The paper will investigate and study the four schools in terms of recruiting and transporting men's basketball players,training and competition,teaching management mode and related software and hardware conditions.Summarizing the advanced experience in the past,and analyzing the current difficulties and shortcomings,and combine with the latest relevant policies,this paper puts forward development countermeasures,hoping to play a positive role in promoting the development of Traditional Basketball Schools in Zhejiang Province.The main conclusions are as follows: 1.Basketball traditional school-affiliated provincial key middle schools in southern Zhejiang have high teaching quality,outstanding college entrance examination results and high entrance rate.2.Traditional Basketball Schools in southern Zhejiang have good training conditions,complete teaching facilities,perfect school management institutions and flexible teaching organization methods.3.The Traditional Basketball Schools in southern Zhejiang have many kinds of enrollment channels in parallel,which are consistent with various ways of talent transmission.4.The traditional basketball school in southern Zhejiang has proper training methods and good training effect,and the team's competition results can be stabilized in the forefront of the province.5.The competition environment in Traditional Basketball Schools and cities in southern Zhejiang is not good.The competition pattern in the province is relatively solidified and lacks fresh blood.6.The team of coaches in Traditional Basketball Schools in southern Zhejiang has not yet formed,and there is a lack of full-time coaches.The salaries of coaches need to be improved.7.Traditional basketball players in southern Zhejiang need to improve their academic performance,but they lack of awareness of the importance of learning.
