Since the 80s into our country, Aerobics have developed rapidly for its unique charm., it has become the most popular sports for masses. The aerobics melts gymnastics, dance, music for integral whole, display the static and dynamic beauty of human body, it's project features and movement effect in accordance with the characteristics of physical and mental development of high school students, so deeply loved high school students, and in 2002 was included in the new "Sports and Health" syllabus, became an important part of the high school physical education. Middle school aerobics with the development of high school physical education, in enriching campus cultural life, promoting quality education of students and achieving overall development of students etc. play an increasingly larger role. But its development is not balanced, mostly concentrated in urban high schools, the rural high schools which population accounts for two-thirds of the total number of high school students, the aerobics movement has not been satisfactorily carried out. It is significance for carrying out rural high school aerobics. We should seize the opportune of "building a socialist new countryside" to develop rural schools'aerobics. This paper use the literature, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics methods to research the aerobics in rural high school of Zhejiang Province. On this basis, analyze the impact factors of carrying out the aerobics in rural high schools of Zhejiang Province. For the current situation of curriculum reform and the characteristics of high school physical education in rural areas, proposed the countermeasures of rural high schools' aerobics of Zhejiang Province to provide a reference of promoting the development of high schools'aerobics movement. Major research findings were as follows: 1.The rural high schools'teachers are mainly young, mostly undergraduate degree, and mostly have secondary two professional title; The number of teacher whose original special was aerobics ranked third after the athletics and basketball, and most teachers have studied aerobics in college, It provide a strong guaranteed for aerobics teacher of rural high schools.2.The rural high schools'teachers have been join the aerobics in warming part of PE or the part of the end; some rural high schools add aerobics in the calisthenics and extra-curricular activities, some schools have aerobics training teams, who participated in the aerobics competition, this is for rural high schools laid the foundation for calisthenics.3.The rural high schools'teachers of Zhejiang Province recognized the exercise value of aerobics, they think the aerobics can improve the coordination, the flexibility and the agility of students; most teachers supported for conducting aerobics in rural high schools and willingness to participate in relevant training of aerobics.4. Zhejiang rural middle school students through the television media, physical education, networking and other ways to understand on the aerobics; some students learn aerobics through physical or television, they think the aerobics can promoting health and alleviating stress etc. Most students enjoy and are willing to learn aerobics, especially girls.5. The rural high schools of Zhejiang Province, only have a small number of rural high school classes were split between boys and girls. The imbalance between men and women physical education teachers, and even some schools do not have female physical education teachers; PE teacher ratio of 1:250 students, did not meet the state standards; the simultaneous existence of part-time and substitute teachers.6. Zhejiang high school teachers in rural areas to participate in continuing education less, most of the physical education teachers want to continue to learn and acquire new skills, new knowledge, new ideas and further enhance their research ability and teaching ability. 7. Content of rural high school physical education in Zhejiang Province chosen arbitrary large, to teach running, basketball and other traditional sports and physical education in school project-based exam.8. Most rural high schools of Zhejiang Province lack of sports equipment, existing equipment can not guarantee that the venue of the launch of teaching aerobics, which is to carry out physical education teachers in physical education teaching aerobics is an important factor.This study is based on the analysis of survey results, combined with expert advice and for the specific situation of secondary schools in rural areas in Zhejiang Province, proposed the development of appropriate measures:First, to strengthen rural schools in Zhejiang Province aerobics teacher in; Second, to increase school physical education funds; Third, to develop curriculum for high school sports needs; Fourth, the preparation of a scientific system of schools teaching aerobics; fifth, step up publicity to enable students to correctly understand aerobics; Sixth, the leading departments should encourage the rural secondary schools aerobics competition.
