The phenomenon of students with learning difficulties is a widespread problem in the field of education. It's a tough problem for educators to treat this special group. Especially under the background of new curriculum, advocating the concept of facing all studen ts, adhering to make all the students on the basis of the original get the best development of the education objective. This has prompted the teachers to pay more attention to the students with learning difficulties.This topic is on the basis of the results of students with learn ing difficulties research at home and abroad, basis on the theory of e ducation psychology, under the background of ne w curriculum teaching reform, conducting a questionnaire and interviews to investigate the causes of the students with difficulty in biology in junior high school. The author explore the reasons of the students with dif ficulties in biology in juni or school mainly from two aspects :of students' own factors and teaching factors, The students themselves cannot study well because of learning objectives is not clear, the lack of interest in learning, learning m otivation deficiency and learning attitude is not correct, bad learning habits and scientif ic learning strategies, learning base difference and improper attribution etc. As for the education,bad teachin g cohesion, unscientific evaluation of schools and some teachers' factors are the main causes, Then according to different causes, from two angles of learning motivation and learning interest of students with learning difficulties, the transformation strategy of students with l earning difficulties is formulated. And taking the team cooperation model and case investigation and e mpirical research on transformation of students with learning difficulties.After a semester of group cooperative teac hing mode and the case of the transform ation of educational practice, the transformation of students with difficulties has achieved good results.
