Junior high school mathematics is the foundation of middle school mathematics.However,the problem of mathematics students is not only a stumbling block for some students to become talents,but also one of the prominent problems that have plagued many frontline teachers to implement education and teaching.Experts and scholars all over the world are paying more and more attention to students with difficulties.And achieved certain results in the transformation of students with learning difficulties.Based on the educational and teaching philosophy of "all for the students,for all students,for the students",the author combines his own educational and teaching experience to deeply explore the causes and teaching strategies of the junior middle school mathematics students,in order to improve the teaching and learning ability while others The teacher provides some feasibility references.This paper mainly studies the related factors that affect mathematics students and the feasibility strategies for transforming mathematics students.Based on the related research at home and abroad,the pedagogy and psychology are the theoretical guidance,and the new curriculum standards are the theoretical basis.In combination with its own teaching experience and daily observation,using questionnaires,observations,interviews and other methods to explore the relevant factors of junior high school mathematics students' learning difficulties,mainly from the perspective of students' psychology and teacher classroom teaching The birth strategy and the use of case analysis to verify the feasibility of transforming mathematics strategies.This paper objectively divides the non-intellectual factors affecting junior middle school mathematics students into social factors,school factors,family factors and personal factors.Social factors include imperfect educational mechanisms and partiality of social public opinion.School factors include school teaching.Insufficient equipment and management mechanisms are not perfect,teachers' morality and professional level are not high,family factors include parents' expectations are too high or insufficient attention,and the educational methods are simple and rude.Personal factors include unclear learning objectives and unsatisfactory learning foundation.Learning interest is not strong,learning attitude is not correct,learning methods are not correct.In view of the above factors,the author combines his own teaching experience,through questionnaires and case studies of different types of students with learning difficulties,mainly puts forward some strategies to transform mathematics students in the psychological aspects of students and classroom teaching.In terms of students'psychology,it is necessary to help the poor students to negative emotions and cultivate enterprising personality;to help the students with difficulties to enhance their self-confidence and cultivate an optimistic attitude;to help the students with difficulties to"prescribe the right medicine"and enhance the will of learning.In the classroom teaching,the following suggestions are given mainly from the preparation of lessons and classes:the situation is simple,easy to understand;meticulously questionecd,cleverly questioned;group learning,collaborative inquiry,etc.
