The Design And Development Of Resources Sharing Class About "Modern Education Technology"

The Ministry of Education has proposed the target in the Ten-year Plan(2011-2020) for Educational Informatization, which is to make full use of modern information technology, to strengthen the development, to spread and share of high quality education resources, to further improve the quality of high education to enhance serviceing construction of society of learning. Which is important for building a learning society combining modern means of education with scientific cultural knowledge, and realizing the combination of science and technology. In our country, resources sharing class of high quality is an important means for spreading and sharing curriculum. However, the resources sharing class is the prototype of the excellent resource sharing class, the research of resources sharing class has important theoretical significance and application value. According to national opinion of the excellent resource sharing class construction, combining with the character of the course "modern education technology", the real of, it is quite necessary and worth studying for the construction of the concrete course resources sharing to practice China’s education development plan for 10 years realy. It has far-reaching significance for high quality education resources sharing in our country that the construction of resource sharing class application platform.Based on objectives and contents of the study, this study mainly adopted the research methods of literature review and investigation, and did some works as followed:(1) Analysis of the status quo of domestic resources sharing class. On the basis of searching both national and international literatures, summarizing the development of both international and domestic open education resources. The study summarize the study status of international open education resources, public class and domestic excellent resource sharing class, and then attached great importance to the status quo of domestic excellent resource sharing class.(2) Defining and discriminating of the related concepts. The study discriminated resources sharing class through a thorough analysis the concepts associated with it: excellent resource sharing class and excellent lessons, and gave the connotation and features of resources sharing class, and then the related theoretical basis for resources sharing class was summarized.(3) Detailed study of the construction of the resources sharing class. By comparison and analysis the modules, teaching resources, teaching methods of the excellent resource sharing class on ICourses, and acknowledge of learners about resource sharing class, the study build resource sharing platform of "modern education technology", suiting the demand of Shandong Normal University, according to the construction of the norms to platform construction for the excellent resource sharing class, which took mainly the content of the "instructional design" as an example.(4) The research on the platform application effect.Through compiling for evaluation "modern education technology" resource sharing platform of questionnaire, the study investigated and auxiliary interviews the students learning "modern education technology" in Shandong Normal University, in order to further understand the learners’ evaluation and suggestions. Through the analysis of the data, this study had acquaintance of application effect, and then rethinked profoundly.Future work will continue to improve sharing resource, and enlarge the application range of the platform and investigate into resource sharing class application platform of teaching effect for concluding a more accurate and more comprehensive data to make the resource sharing of the construction of the class more clear direction; Further study will be about evaluation index system of resource sharing and carrying out the comparative study of resource sharing lessons at home and abroad, for improving the quality of the country’s construction of a high-quality goods resource sharing lessons and learning effect, achieving the goal of high quality education resources sharing at an early date.
