Chemistry is a based on the experiment of the discipline, the chemical experiment plays a very important role in the chemistry teaching, play a very important role in improve the student scientific literacy.So the middle school chemistry teaching must attach importance to the development of the chemistry experimental teaching ability.This research is mainly to the chemical experimental ability both at home and abroad, and based on the study of the chemical experiment teaching ability. Combined with the characteristics of chemistry subject, trying to build experimental teaching middle school chemistry teachers ability theory framework;At the same time according to the theory of the experimental teaching idea establishment and use of the high school chemistry teacher ability questionnaire, analysis of the questionnaire results, To study the status quo of experimental teaching ability of middle school chemistry teachers and improve to provide certain reference.This thesis is divided into eight parts, each part of the main contents are as follows:The first part: expounds the cause of the problem.The second part:Summarized the related research of experimental teaching ability both at home and abroad, analyzed the domestic research status and existing problems of chemical experiment teaching ability.The third part: to clarify the purpose of this study, task and method.The fourth part: the ability of chemistry experiment teaching on the basis of defining,constructing the experimental teaching middle school chemistry teachers ability theory frame,and describes in detail the chemistry experimental teaching ability of the constituent elements and the meanings of the constituent elements.The fifth part: details the questionnaire compiled by the specific process, the questionnaire to make use of statistical software SPSS20.0 item analysis and exploratory factor analysis, and the reliability and validity test, finally got to meet the requirements of surveying questionnaire.The sixth part: to carry out the empirical study, using questionnaire, investigating the regional chemistry teacher in Shandong province. To statistical and survey data collected by in-depth analysis, obtain the relevant conclusions.Mainly analyzes the chemistry teacher of highschool experimental teaching ability of the whole as well as the middle school chemistry teachers in gender, teaching age, professional title, teaching and differences in the region.The seventh part:general situation, summarizes the research conclusions obtained, and according to the findings, put forward the corresponding suggestion, experimental teaching for middle school chemistry teachers ability to improve to provide certain reference.The eighth part: problems and prospects. Analyzes the research still exist problems in the process of, clear the future need to be further solve the problem.
