With the improvement of the level of urbanization in our country and the exacerbation of migration, the size of urban schools expand quickly. Throughout the country many super schools appear. At the same time, the size of class expand. It is unavoidable that pupils' problem behaviors occur in the classroom. In the situation of large class quota, pupils' problem behaviors in classroom increase significantly. It has brought a lot of troubles to students' learning and growth. In the meanwhile, it has also brought a lot of troubles to teachers' work.First of all, I consult the relevant information to know the current situation of the d omestic and foreign research on class size and pupils' classroom problem behaviors. On t he basis of learning from existing research and by using opportunities of educational inte rnship, I observe classroom in primary school deeply and interview with teachers in ord er to learn the relevant circumstances of pupils' classroom problem behaviors and put for ward relevant proposals. We hope that we can help primary school teachers prevent and manage pupils' classroom problem behaviors effectively, improve students' learning efficie ncy and promote the all-around development of students. The study found that pupils' classroom problem behaviors were universal and differe nt in large class quota. The frequency of pupils' problem behaviors is high in the classr oom. Distraction, whispering and making gestures are the most, reading extracurricular b ooks, chipping in, booing and doing other subjects' job followed by, leaving the seat to move around, and talking back to teachers, sleeping and late are the least. Pupils' classr oom problem behaviors differ in school section, sex, period of time and school record. L ow-grade students are more easily to occur problem behaviors than high-grade students. Schoolboys are more easily to occur problem behaviors than schoolgirls. And 20 minutes later after the class is most likely to occur classroom problem behaviors. Students with learning difficulties are more easily to occur problem behaviors than students with good grades.Pupils' classroom problem behaviors are influenced by the students themselves, teach ers and situation. Lacking of interest in learning, bad learning behaviors can cause pupil s' classroom problem behaviors. Teachers' single teaching methods and mismanagement m ay cause pupils' classroom problem behaviors. Large class quota, the lack of family educ ation and the misleading of mass media can cause pupils' classroom problem behaviors t oo.In order to reduce pupils' classroom problem behaviors, schools, families and com munity should work together to create a good educational resultant force. In addition to reducing class sizes, reducing the burden of teaching in large class quota, the school als o needs to create a good learning environment, arrange students' seating reasonably and set teaching assistants. Teachers should adopt pluralistic teaching methods, manage class s cientifically and democratically, prevent and deal with pupils' classroom problem behavior s timely. Teachers should pay attention to students' differences, and strength mental and physical education. Meanwhile, it also needs to strength the links between schools, famil y and society to promote students' growth.
