At present stage,our country has completely entered the critical period of education modernization,and it becomes the mission of the times in educational field to vigorously promote the process of modernization of education and highlight the educational fairness.However,the insufficient investment in compulsory education and the imbalance of educational resources allocation caused the large-class-quota problems of compulsory education schools,which has slowed the process of the education modernization.Although it is cliche to regain the problem of large class quota,it has particular significance in the present period.This study is based on the relevant research at home and abroad,and stood on the present situation of the large-class-quota of compulsory education schools in Loudi City,Hunan Province.Through the field visit research and informal discussion,this study collects relevant data and analyzes the causes and influences of the large-class-quota of the compulsory education schools in the central city,and puts forward the countermeasures to effectively solve the problem of the large-class-quota of the compulsory education in the combination of the relevant practical experience,which aims to provide theoretical and practical reference for the effective reduction of large-class-quota problems in similar areas and in larger areas.The results show that the large-class-quota problems of compulsory education schools has the dual effects: on the one hand,it highlights the teaching efficiency,for example,it can improve the effectiveness of class teaching and display the characteristics of cooperative and inquiry method;on the other hand,it restricts the development of education,such as reducing the teaching quality,affecting the comprehensive development of students.In addition,the large-class-quota problems are positively related to the investment of compulsory education,the resource-allocation of compulsory education,the coordinated planning of compulsory education,the administrative supervision of compulsory education and the school-choice tendency of compulsory education.Therefore,in order to effectively solve the large-class-quota problem of compulsory education,it should strengthen the governmental behavior at macroscopic level,such as increasing the proportion of education investment,strengthening the support of private-education and the supervision of educational administration;it should standardize the school behavior at practice level,such as standardizing the enrollment behavior,the teacher-equipment behavior and the teaching behavior;it should change the school-choice concept of consumers at concept level,and increase the social support at social level.
