Effective teaching is not only the needs of the new curriculum reform, is now classroom teaching and students' development of the urgent need. effective teaching design is efficient class of security, therefore, the design of that is consistent with the teaching goals and meet the psychological development of students teaching design is particularly important, the current round of the is method on the basis of the study of effective teaching, using the method of literature research, case analysis and interview research method, aimed at the characteristics of biology teaching design.The first is about effective teaching problem is proposed, related to effective teaching research status and significance of effective teaching on. On the basis of the existing research proposed the idea and innovation of this paper. The second is the definition of the core concepts involved in the paper, as well as the theory used in the paper to apply the theory of teaching practice, these theories have a certain support for this paper. Again is the front end of the teaching design analysis including of situation analysis, analysis of the materials, learning needs analysis, learning condition analysis and the analysis of the teaching design of the previous paper, in the teaching design related factors analysis based on work out effective teaching design scheme. Then, according to the template of teaching design combined with the specific biology course teaching content, the author designed a new teaching design, review lesson teaching design and experimental teaching design. Next is the preliminary evaluation of the teaching design, from the three aspects of students. Teachers and teaching method of teachers evaluation, based on found the shortage of teaching design and corrected, the limitations of the analysis, points out the shortcomings of the study, and proposes the direction in the future, we still need research.Overall view, effective teaching in improving the efficiency of classroom teaching and enhance students' biology literacy plays an important role. In the middle school stage effective teaching is an operation, implementation, promotion of teaching methods, effective teaching and the biology classroom blending into, stimulates the student to study the biological enthusiasm and hope that through this study can give some reference to the teachers, pay attention to the effective teaching.
