Cultivation of high quality teachers has been put on the strategic position in the 1980 s.In our country,the push of quality education and the promotion of the basic Education Curriculum Reform must be in need of high quality teachers.Although in our country there have been many occupation trains to teachers for a long time,most of which are single?mechanical?rigid and break away from education practice.All of these factors have led to or are leading to this phenomenon: both the effects of trains and teachers' motivation have decreased,that is to say,there is a long distance between the ideal aim and the real aim of occupation trains to teachers' s professional development.What the teachers' true need in their teaching practice is beyond what their occupation trains have offered and will be able to offer.As we all know,reflective teaching makes teachers continuously reflect themselves?assess themselves?and are willing to adapt to changeable environment,at the same time,change and develop themselves depending on their own self—motivation,so reflection is a necessary way and a positive road to transfer teaching theory into the teachers' inner motivation to improve themselves?their teaching behavior?their teaching idea as well as their career value.So people begin to recognize the effect of reflective teaching on teachers' professional development,which is the main point of the thesis.There are two main points in this thesis:the first is about the important effects of reflective teaching on teachers' professional development;the second is about relative obstacles in reflective teaching and the relative solving strategies on solving this problem.This thesis is based on the background of the changing and developing society and the trend of education revolution,on my own teaching practice and inner thoughts as well as a large number of study materials.And then make clear of the research status and development trend ?define the concept of “reflective teaching” and “teachers' professional development ” through study method(Introduction). The theory analysis to “effects of reflective teaching on teachers' professional development ”is in Chapter One.The practice analysis to it is in Chapter Two.In teaching practice,through classes observation?joint discussion?reorganizing and analyzing their teaching cases?writing down their classes' records?discussion records?teachers' reflective records?students' reflection records as well as students' reflective homework,with my teaching theory and thoughts,I gradually dig out the problems in reflective teaching in Chapter Three:reflection way is single?reflection level is superficial?reflection process is not specific?reflection is isolated.And during the process of analysis,I try to put forward countermeasures and suggestions in Chapter Four:strengthen reading consciousness of the teachers and broaden their reflection ways?to strengthen the teachers' consciousness of classroom observation so as to promote the further development of reflection?adhere to teaching practice reflection like case study so as to standard the program process of reflection?to strengthen dialogues ?exchanges as well as the brainstorm among teachers so as to promote the formation of the cooperative atmosphere in teachers.The result of the thesis shows that reflective teaching can lead teachers to build up scientific teaching value,enrich their professional knowledge and promote their ability as well as ensure the right direction to their growth and development.
