The development of the society cannot leave the education,and the development of education lies in teachers.Primary school teachers as education providers,whose level of identity relation with the quality of basic education development.In practice,the primary school teachers,primary school teachers have what experience and feelings,how they see themselves and their groups,which lead to a primary school teacher identity the research problem.Identity is a kind of important means of analysis of theory and practice problem of Sociology,which is our understanding of who you are,or how other people understand themselves and others.Identity of primary school teachers is a primary school teacher to their degree of acceptance and recognition of the work,which depends on yourself,but also rely on the environmental characteristics and from the scene of the work.In view of this,this study focuses on primary school teachers in education practice,what is the degree of identity.Based on the 3 schools of L city 345 primary school teachers,this research mainly has the following findings:Primary school teachers do not have a high level of overall identity.This survey will be emotional and value identity,social status,identity,career will,labor intensity,work condition and salary this six dimensions and elementary school teachers' qualification,teaching age,income,subject,whether as a teacher in charge these five background variables do the related analysis,and as a teacher in charge of primary school teachers office conditions and education,income,and related disciplines,primary school teachers about their salary satisfaction degree is associated with education,income,and whether a teacher in charge.Primary school teachers' career in now mainly because of manuscript,family and friends support and stability have summer and winter vacation work more free time.The low salary,teaching task,narrow social circle,and the reason of small development space of make the primary school teachers don't want to do any job that now.The survey found that lead to the low degree of primary school teachers' identity factors mainly include three aspects:(1)the low social status,salary is not high.(2)the labor intensity,work efficiency is low;(3)the office environment is poor,the teaching facilities.According to the survey,through the reflection to the real situation,this paper finally puts forward some countermeasures to enhance primary school teachers' identity:(1)to improve the salary,promotion elementary school teachers' social status;(2)increase staffed,improve work efficiency,lighten the working strength of primary school teachers;(3)to create a good office environment,provide perfect teaching resources and teaching facilities.
