Study Of School Football Institutional Change And Developing Path In Xiaoyi, Shanxi Province

With a splendid,66-year history,New China has improved all gymnastic projects.However,it is not ideal about the development of the football.In 2003,it is the first time to develop the school football all around the country widely.For a better development of the national football,we begin to cultivate and select talents of football from the teenagers.In recently years,Xiaoyi,as a better city for developing school football in Shanxi,this paper summary its advantage in developing circumstance,system and the improving suggestions,through the analysis and study for the thesis of development history and institutional changes in school football.This thesis adopts the following research methods: literature,interview and site visits.For the study and the investigation,the author has interviewed the Xiaoyi municipal government,professor and leader in the Education Sports Bureau,leaders and the football coaches in the sport of football in Xiaoyi,and made an deeply study about the important and difficult problem about school football in Xiaoyi.Main results for this study are as follows:(1)From 2003 to 2015,there are four stages in Xiaoyi: The sproutperiod in 2003,the Traditional Revolutionary Base Promotion Association organized and developed the football in middle and primary school.The developing period in 2004,with the enlargement of teaching staffs,there are frequently exchanges for football teaching and games.The bottleneck period in 2005,there are tremendous lost of football talents,because no one can make the promise that the football talents enter a higher school.The rapid developing period in 2006-2015,there is a special type of football,and the teaching staffs enlarged with a remarkable achievement,then Xiaoyi selected as the Specialist Schools and experimental county of Teenager School Football in 2005 all over the country.(2)The way for the institutional changes of school football in Xiaoyi is spontaneous order,which is based on the local government as well as called upon and organized by the Traditional Revolutionary Base Promotion Association.With the standardized mechanism,Xiaoyi municipal government has introduced the guarantee documents for developing the school football.Through the coordination of Xiaoyi municipal government,Xiaoyi Education Sports Bureau has worked out a blueprint for the school football,gradually improved the related system about the school football,and perfected all the measures.In the innovation of system,Xiaoyi municipal government and schools play a leading role.Schools are responsible for perfecting the cultivating system of talents,and revising the training scheme of talents.The government and schools pay attention to the guiding and demonstration on the specialism,and committed to the level of school football in Xiaoyi.(3)The future developing path and enlightenment in Xiaoyi: Withdifferent ways,coached fully allocate the football teachers.The government shall innovate the employment mechanism,make full use of the retired football player as the coach,give a strictly examination to the "green channel" for the football players enter into a higher school and prevent fraud.Besides,it shall make the large-scale and overall organization of school football league;strengthen the construction of stadium facility,regularly offer universities and public gymnastic stadium to primary school with poor conditions for activities and competition in Xiaoyi.Meanwhile,Shanxi Province Department of Education should give considerable support on the found,and guarantee the smooth development of the school football in Xiaoyi.
