Developing Dilemmas And Optimizing Paths For National Football Specialist School In Hubei Province

Using the research methods of literature,interviews,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,an investigation has been carried for 326 national specialist football schools in Hubei province,It analyzed the main problems of its development,combine with part of success from previous practicing.and proposed the path and suggestions for optimizing its development,which provided the theoretical basis and referenced value to overcome the dilemmas of developing China's school football.The results shows that the current situation of Hubei province National professional school agree with not only the economic and social development of Hubei province,but also the reality of schools in different cities.The main current situation:<1>The academic structure of football teachers is mainly undergraduate.And the work load for the teachers are a little heavy.<2>The founds of football activities(training subsidies,entry fee and travel expenses)are limited.<3>the football site facilities are limited to the level of the local economic development.The type of the field are not so coordinate.<4>the course attendance is not high and development and the use of the football text book is not optimistic.<5>The frequency of extracurricular activities is not good,the content and the form of the activities are unitary.And there are so many obstructive factors for the developing of the activities.<6>The developing of the football team is good but the aim for the training is not pure,usually emphasize the elite.<7>The concepts of the teachers are a little left behind,their participation willingness are effected by the utilitarianism objective.and their mainly support are the enthusiasm.<8>The awareness and recognition of the principle is high,the football teachers have a very clear picture of the developing of the school football.The main problems that exist are:1.The shortage and structural imbalance of the teachers;2.The limited competitive training cause by the capital;3.Limited activities cause by the shortage of facilities;4.The resources lag cause by the low ratio of course;5.The week atmosphere cause by the single activity;6.The utilitarian training and low popularity;7.Backward conception and the weak consciousness;8.The shallow cognition and lack of enforcement.Optimization path:1.To increase the teachers and optimize its structure;2.Widening the developing channels and increase the input;3.Guarantee its developing conditions and improve the insufficient;4.Implementing the policies,and increase the developing resource;5.Insist on reform and innovation strengthen the development;6.Increase the competitive training and make the game popular;7.Renewing the concepts and strengthen the awareness for football;8.Build the construct system and improve the cognition for school football.
