As a very important skill,the writing ability has attracted great attention all the time in our history and as it has been constantly required to improve by the information society,the composition teaching in middle school,which is the most crucial link in the process of improving middle school students' composition ability,has always been in trouble.In this thesis,I put forward a new concept called “Material Integration” for the first time,and I hope teachers and students in middle schools could go out of the erroneous zone and pay attention to the “Material Integration”,make it play its due role.The full paper consists of three parts:introduction,main body,and conclusion.There are four aspects of the main part : Firstly,explain the concept,classification and function of “Writing Material” briefly;Secondly,analyze the connotation,importance of“Material Integration” and existing problems,reasons of composition material processing in our middle schools from a macro level;Thirdly,talk about the general pattern of “Material Integration” from the intermediate perspective,which is: “Five in One”.“One” means: build a “Material warehouse” in student's brain;“Five” means,hierarchically select real,typical,profound and novel writing materials which are rich in language at the same time,according to the direct materials and indirect materials.Lastly,explore the corresponding specific approaches which can guide middle school students to integrate their writing material better from the micro level,that is: build up a class-oriented composition teaching model,and write more after class.That means our Chinese teachers should put the job of encouraging the students' composition writing interest in the first place,and actually improve their writing ability by constantly writing practice.The introduction includes the reasons why do I choose this subject to talk aout,the purpose and significance of this topic,the research achievements of predecessors on this question,and the research methods I use in this paper.In conclusion I make a summary of the full paper,and emphasize that such an integration is a process of accumulate which is made over time,you should not expect one battle,it's a lengthy campaign.Teachers and students need to insist everyday,and it's better to treat it as a habituation or a lifestyle.
