The Influence Factors Of Sports Social Organizations From Personnel Of Course Of Organizational Identification Study

At present,the development of the national fitness cause in our country,and improve the people's sports public service demand,the important role of sports social organizations also highlights.As a bridge connecting the government and the masses of sports social organizations in the transformation of government functions,building a service-oriented society plays an important role.However,the sports social organizations of our country is still in the primary stage of development,to some extent,also can't meet the needs of government and society.And organizational identification in important role in the development of organization has been supported by many studies,but the sports social organizations from personnel of course of study of organizational identification research is relatively rare,social organization of sports workers,the influence organizational identification,organizational identification on workers to improve sports social organizations,and promote the healthy development of sports social organizations is important.On the basis of the relevant theoretical research,this study byshanxi,anhui,shandong,jiangsu,Shanghai,ningxia part of sports social organizations from personnel of course of 6 provinces and cities as the object of empirical investigation,using SPSS22.0statistical software for survey data collected in the factor analysis,test,analysis of variance,regression analysis,such as processing,to examine the sports social organizations from personnel of course of the influence factors of organizational identification,for the cultivation and development of our country sports social organizations put forward Suggestions for reference.Research shows that:the demographic characteristics of gender,presence of sports professional qualification certificate,rank of sports social organizations from personnel of course of organizational identification has significant effects;General selfefficacy,interpersonal self-efficacy of sports social organization practitioners are significant positive influence on organizational identification,and interpersonal self-efficacy in general self-efficacy affect sports organizational identity in the process of social organization practitioners play a mediating role;Public professional image perception,perception of sports social organizations from personnel of course of self professional image are significant positive influence on organizational identification,professional image and self awareness in the public professional image perception influence the sports social organizations from personnel of course of group identity in the process of the partial intermediary role into full play.Sports social organizations to foster development,attaches great importance to the role women practitioners,at the same time makemen from personnel of course of higher satisfaction,improve male workers were;Encourage employees to participate in the study of the theory of sports skills,earning related sports qualification certificate.Establish rewards and incentives,attaches great importance to the organization staff confidence and healthy positive attitude;Sports social organizations in the development process,should pay attention to organize public image,focus on reputation,reputation,form a well-organized credibility,at the same time,give organization practitioners can fully display space,respect for the work of sports social organization practitioners and ideal,to play the social sports organizations staff expertise,according to the distribution of its advantages is suitable for the job,try our best to meet the sports social organization practitioners work demands,improve the image of the sports social organization staff of public vocational awareness and perception of self professional image.
