Voluntary organizations play an important role in modern social governance.College students as the main body of volunteer service,made great contributions to the comprehensive management of the society and public service undertaking.With the vigorous development of volunteer service,the scale of volunteer organizations in colleges and universities has been expanding day by day,and volunteer service has gradually developed to the depths.However,in recent years,Volunteer services from first-tier colleges and universities and related research have found that the further development of college volunteer organizations is gradually encountering bottlenecks,and the problems in organization and management have become increasingly prominent.Organizational identity is not high,volunteers drain,lack of service motivation,which largely restricts the development of voluntary service.At present,colleges volunteer service has entered the stage of optimization and upgrading.In recent years,the State Council,the Ministry of Education and the Central Civilization Office have formulated and issued a number of policies and documents to standardize and strengthen the guidance of volunteer service in colleges and universities.Under this background,this study uses the theory of organizational identity as the theoretical basis,L college students volunteers as the research object,with the sampling method of sampling,using the revised organizational identity scale,which to agree voluntary organizations of university students to empirical research.Through the data from 96 valid pre-test questionnaires,this study uses the method of factor analysis and reliability analysis to revise Cheney's organizational identity questionnaire,and obtains organizational identity questionnaire suitable for college volunteers,including loyalty,Membership,similarity three dimensions.In this study,400 formal questionnaires were issued and 300 valid questionnaires were obtained.Based on this data,statistical analysis was conducted and preliminary results were obtained: the volunteers have higher loyalty scores in the three dimensions of organizational identity,The lowest score on the membership;The scores of the similarities are close to the loyalty,which shows that the subjective will of the volunteers to move closer to the organization is stronger and forms a strong contrast with the scores of the membership.At the same time,in terms of the background variables,university student volunteers whose political appearance is a Communist Youth League member are significantly higher in loyalty than college students whose political appearance is a mass;student leaders are significantly more loyal than non-student leaders.Based on the current situation and problems of university volunteer organizations,this study elaborates the reasons from two aspects: the organization itself and the volunteer itself.Then from the aspects of improving organizational independence,strengthening professional training and enhancing the sense of belonging among members,this study proposes to enhance the identification of college volunteers countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the organizational identification of volunteer in colleges and universities.
