Moral education's main contents are the cultivation of moral and personality, which educates the students in the aspects of ideology, politics, moral, law and mental health. It is an important part of education in secondary vocational school, which is mutually related to the physical education, aesthetic education and intellectual education. They are mutual penetrated, integrated and coordinated, which is of great importance in guiding and motivating students and ensures the healthy growth of them. From the general situation of current moral education of vocational college development, many schools do not pay enough attention to the moral education. In the teaching process, the function of moral education in the cultivation of a student is ignored. And the quality of teachers of moral education in vocational colleges is below the current needs of the education. The most important thing of the practice of moral education is the education of personality and values rather than the accumulation of intellectual knowledge, which requires teachers in secondary vocational school to form certain social core values, ideology, ethics, professional direction according to certain social core values, in order to promote the students' healthy personality. It is obvious that it is clearly and closely linked with the quality of moral education teachers based on knowledge and the theory. And in the exploration of the teaching of moral education course in vocational schools, the moral education teachers' professional quality, moral quality, physical and mental quality are particularly critical, which leaves large scope for research.Based on the theory of moral education, this thesis studies the quality of teachers and education management from the perspective of the quality of teachers of moral education, and chooses the secondary vocational school as the research object. The paper selects Tianjin the first commercial school as a typical empirical analysis, to explore the problems existing in moral education teachers in the vocational school at this stage, then based on the questionnaire analysis of what lacks in the quality of teachers, the paper analyzes the causes of problems. And then, combined with their own research and related literature, the thesis puts forward relevant countermeasures to enhance the quality of teachers in order to improve the effect of moral education. This thesis starts from the related background, discusses the development background and the status of secondary vocational schools, and points out that the big problem in the current development of moral education is the internal level development, and the moral quality of teachers is one of the more prominent issues. The whole idea is summarized on the basis of relevant studies of some scholars in order to pave the way for further discussion. Later the thesis selects Tianjin the first commercial school as the research object, discussed the requirements of teacher in the new period under the background of new moral education, and finally improve the moral quality of teachers from the feedback questionnaire, and then from the view of teachers and students the reason why the problem arises is discussed; finally, from three aspects, namely the system construction, vocational training and teachers' self promotion, the thesis carries on the analysis, and proposes some strategies to improve the moral quality of teachers, in order to help the vocational colleges to enhance the development of moral education in the secondary vocational school to realize the positive and health guidance.
