High efficient classroom is a concept compared with the low efficiency of traditional classroom, a development and extension of the effective classroom, derived from criticism of the traditional classroom. In fact high efficient classroom is a kind of teaching mode for the sake of realizing the maximization of the classroom teaching's efficiency and gains, it can maximize the function of classroom teaching, integrate the teaching of 3D object perfectly, the teachers and students complete the teaching mission, improve teaching efficiency, and ultimately achieve educational target of education within the limited class time. Information technology, is a courses with strong practicality, rich creative and distinct features of the development of times. Students are particularly interested in this courses. The fundamental goal of course is to improve the students' information literacy, to teach the students basic information technology skills. Let the students know how to use the skills, improve the students' ability of communication and cooperation with others. Under the background of high class to implement information technology course teaching should fully exert itself connotation, uses the advantages of discipline, makes the course content closely combine with reality, practice in innovation, innovation in practice. Teaching design is an important part of the efficient classroom, this paper based on the basic theory associated with efficient classroom and the practice in teaching, research the design of class under the background of high efficient classroom.This article discusses how to carry out information technology curriculum teaching design, from several aspects, such as the principle of teaching design, teaching target analysis, teaching strategies and methods, and give advice within the process of effective classroom implementation, at last, summarize the actual situation of the summary through several methods, provides support and help for the future of information technology subject of high efficient classroom study.
