The Content Research On Developing Policy Of Sports Industry Based On National Level

Sport industry,the important part in the national economy is becoming the new increasing point of the national economy.The healthy and quick development of the sport industry is useful to adjust the construction of the industry,develop the 3rd industry,expand the domestic demand and cultivate the consuming focus.It is facing the new normal in the economic development.The economic construction is transitioning;the development of the sport industry will be useful for the stability of the economy.The research takes national sport industry policy that party and government authorities released from 1987y to 2015y as the subject via literature review method,expert interview method,logic analysis method that was multi-leveled analyzed from time,relational degree,macroscopicµcosmic and sorted out the development skeleton of sport industry policy.And it also analyzes and researches on the policy for each sub-industry of the sport industry.It summarizes the developing rules and then proposes the developing trend for the national sport industry policy.It should be saying the layout of the sport industry is reasonable.From 1993,the sport industry will have a bright future.The development target is still what the government pursuit and is adjusting with the economic development and social environment changes and the self-demand of the sport industry development.But there are still some issues,like that sport industry special policy is less and the special policy for the sub-industry is a lack;the macro policy and micro policy of the sport industry cannot connect closely and match well;the overall development plan target is not clear enough for the related tasks,no enough interoperability and no enough comparison;the content of the sub-industry policy has different defects issue,delay issue,poor linkage issue and low execution issue,etc.In the future,the macroscopic policy will develop to more microscopic.Each sub-industry will be more overall and more systematic.The sport industry will be healthier.The design will pay more attention to the combination of the sport industry and national economy and social development and will help the structural reform,regional development,the combined development with related industry,the impletion of the microscopic policy,industry statistics,standard construction and will inspire the market and cultivate the sport consumption and will create controlling methods and will regularize the main behavior.
