In the recently years, sport industry has attained rapidly development as a sunriseindustry. And it has already become a new economic growth point. The development of sportsindustry, in some extent, benefits from the promotion of the sport industry policy. Now thesport industry policy is not perfect. And there are still some problems. The united and perfectsport industry policy system has not yet formed, which influences and restricts the sportindustry’s progress. Therefore, the research on sport industry policy system, as well as puttingforward some valuable research findings which will play a important role in effectivelypromoting the sport industry’s development has turn into one of the unavoidable subjects.The author makes a research on the improvement of China’s sport industry policy system.In this research, the author puts forward the principle, frame and the countermeasures toperfect China’s sport industry system, basing on the instruction of the Marxism. The authoralso makes an analysis on the significance of sport industry policy, the status and problems ofChina’s sport industry policy system, as well as the enlightenment of foreign sport industrysystem’s experience.This thesis will be good for enriching China’s sport policy theory, promoting the healthydevelopment of China’s sports industry. At the same time, it will be beneficial for the relativestrategic decision of the government.The main part of this thesis will consist of five chapters.The first chapter relates to the significance and basic theory of perfecting China’s sportindustry policy system. This chapter makes a dissection on the problems and the causes ofChina’s sport industry policy system.The fourth chapter relates to the enlightenment and the experience of foreign sportindustry policy system’s development. This chapter organizes the primary experience of manycountry’s sport industry policy system, including Russia, the United States, Japan, Germanyand so on. And at the same time, it also discusses the enlightment of sport industry policysystem’s development experience. The fifth chapter relates to the principle, frame, and countermeasures to perfect China’ssport industry system. Basing on the explaination of perfecting China’s sport industry systempolicy, this chapter proposes the basic framework and countermeasures to perfect China’ssport industry system.
