The Influence Of National Vocational Students Skills Competition On The Ecology Of Talent Cultivation In Higher Vocational Colleges

With the development of the economy,China's demand for artisans is growing.As the cradle of the growth of Chinese craftsmen,vocational education has naturally received great attention from the state.In order to vigorously develop vocational education,the state has started to hold the National Vocational Students Skills Competition since 2008,hoping to achieve the role of promoting competition.This paper analyzes the related influences of the professional skills competition on the training of higher vocational education talents in the 11 years of vocational skills competition,and finds that the technical skills requirements of the vocational skills competition are highly consistent with the training objectives of higher vocational talents.Therefore,the vocational skills competition deeply affects the higher vocational talents cultivation.This paper attempts to understand the influence of various aspects of the training of higher vocational talents from the perspective of ecology,and treats the cultivation of higher vocational talents from a holistic perspective.For example,it includes the talent cultivation ecosystem,the talent cultivation ecological chain,the talent cultivation ecological function,and the ecological carrying capacity of talent cultivation.Throughout the 11 years of the competition,it not only enriched the resources for the cultivation of higher vocational education talents,but also the support of the state and society promoted the improvement of the hardware and software for the training of higher vocational talents.The competition also promoted the better development of the talent cultivation ecology.The cultivation of individuals and the cultivation of individual social service capabilities have been greatly improved;and the ecological factor structure of talent cultivation has become more diverse.However,the development of the competition also poses some challenges to the talent cultivation ecology.For example,these more prominent problems: the intervention of the competition led to the alienation of internal and external environments,the structural imbalance of ecological factors,the instability of ecological chains,and the overload of ecological carrying capacity.Based on the ecology of the theory and principles of the analysis of the causes of these problems,mainly due to: competition utilitarianism personnel training environmental imbalances;environment does not match the result of internal factors Education disorders;competition and promote education function in practice affect the implementation of the alienation A virtuous circle of external factors;resource enrichment causes ecological disorders.Based on these problems,suggestions for optimization are proposed: adapting to the internal and external ecological environment to optimize the cultivation of higher vocational talents;establishing a competition to support the cultivation of talents to sustain the sustainable development of the ecosystem;giving play to the positive function of the system adjustment function synergy competition;establishing a scientific talent cultivation resource structure.In order to provide reference and reference for optimizing the competition and the cultivation of high-level talents.
