Higher vocational education as a kind of higher education have a close contact with every aspect owing to its openness and inclusiveness.Higher vocational education cultivates a lot of talents with high quality and high skills for one vocation and makes great contribution to society.This effective talent cultivation mode depends on relevant factors,such as schools,government,industry and enterprise's support and depends on the operation of the mechanism of collaboration and cultivation.From the current situation in our country,higher vocational education under the guidance of the government have formed a variety of forms of working-integrated-learning personnel training modes,such as ordering cultivation and modern apprenticeships.The close relationships and docking mechanism between higher vocational colleges and government,industry,enterprise and so on facilitate the higher vocational colleges to achieve remarkable results in cultivating high-skilled professionals.However,there are still some problems about the development of higher vocational education in China: such as how to change the weakness of higher vocational education foundation,the lack of government behavior,industry guide and the establishment of enterprise main body status;how to really form the benign interaction environment of collaborative running schools,collaborative education,and collaborative development between schools and government,industry,enterprise and other main bodies;what kind of synergy motive mechanism to be created,such as:benefit drive mechanism,regulating the evaluation mechanism,fund input mechanism,policy guarantee mechanism to arouse the enthusiasm of collaborative participants to cultivate higher vocational talents,and mollify the contradictions between talent training quality and industry and enterprises' actual demand.If these institutional barriers do not be broken through,especially the mechanism of collaboration and cultivation do not be set up,then higher vocational education in our country can not to realize sustainable development in the new period.Therefore,this paper is mainly based on the theory of synergy theory,system theory,integrate theory and so on.Using literature study,questionnaire,interview method and case analysis research method,we collect the literature related to students' collaborative training mode of colleges and universities at home and abroad and summarize the experience about school-government collaborative training,school-industry collaborative training,school-school collaborative training,and school-research institute collaborative training to provide theoretical support and experience for building collaborativetraining pattern.At the same time,we have a deep research in school daily life and analyze the cases of Zhongshan vocational and technical college,Yiwu industrial and commercial vocational and technical college,Zhenjiang higher vocational and technical schools and Hubei vocational and technical college.What's more,we have a on-site interviews and communication with some heads of schools and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of students' collaborative training mode to provide practical basis for the construction of external cooperative mechanism.The characteristics of "mechanism of collaboration and cultivation" combined by government,schools,industries and enterprises is to set up the cooperative mechanism between these main bodies.Through this mechanism,efficient allocation of various resources,reasonable structure of different parties' interests,and technical-skilled talents could be achieved under the guidance of the government.Its running mechanism is "government lead,industry guidance,enterprise participation,school promotion,multilateral coordination"."Government lead" means to macro guide,formulate related policies and measures and provide collaborative environment."Industry guidance" refers to participate in making talent cultivating programs and professional standards."Enterprise participation" means to build professional,develop courses,construct practice base and carry out the technical service together."School propulsion" refers to play its advantages in teaching resources,outstanding teachers,"industry-university-institute" cooperation and other aspects to attract industries and enterprises to participate in "collaboration and cultivation".Multilateral coordination refers to mobilize the strengths of all parties to participate in higher vocational colleges' outside cultivating of talents and share talents resources under the environment of the whole region economy.This talent cultivating mode,from the micro level,is a "educational system",needing to follow the rules of education value of itself;from the macro level,it is a "social system",needing the government's overall planning,industry guidance,enterprise participation and multilateral cooperation.Therefore,to build the mechanism for cultivating talents out of higher vocational colleges,the benefit aim,the culture environment,organization structures,management modes should be collaborated together by government,industries,enterprise,colleges and other bodies,and each body's advantages should have a full play,so that a collaborative cultivating ecosystem can be built.
