Social welfare is to help difficult people, to the state, society, group patients provide clothing, food and accommodation or medical conditions of welfare, love in the protection of legitimate rights and interests of social vulnerable groups and maint ain social stability plays a pivotal role. However is responsible for the welfare hospital service objects of daily life daily life and environmental health of nursing staff because of the special nature of work and service objects of more and more orderly is suffering from job burnout of corrosion and damage. In the long run, if the nurse job burnout can ease or eliminate, will go against the physical and mental health of caregivers, more conducive to the stability and development of charity and welfare. So to explore the way to reduce the nurse job burnout is particularly important, on the one hand, can develop social work services, expand the research achievements of professional social work in welfare institutions; On the other hand, can enrich the socia l work theory research, promote the development of localization of professional social work. Therefore, the author use the opportunity to work in Hohhot social welfare, social support system theory, human relations three-dimensional theory and social learn ing theory and other related theory as a guide, using the method of literature, observation, interview, questionnaire to collect basic information about the hospital endowment orderlies, analyses the pension nurse job burnout degree, learned that Hohhot so cial welfare pension nurse job burnout in mild-to-moderate level, specific displays in: work enthusiasm, lack of energy; Self-efficacy, job satisfaction decline; Low post loyalty, personnel turn-over intend to high; The life of the mind empty, weak relationships. Main influencing factors are: heavy work load, high quality of service requirements; Entry does not match, the in the mind unbalance serious; Promotion the space is lesser, lack of effective incentive mechanism; Special nature of work, low social status; Weak relationships, lack of social support network. Based on this, the author tried to work in groups of methods to alleviate the pressure of the endowment of nurse job burnout. Studies have found that through the group activities can not only impro ve interpersonal skills of the group members, emotional management and the ability to vent pressure, can also help team members to further know his own self, to express themselves, must be self, shift work attitude, the social function of the development t eam members and internal potential, improve team members in daily life the courage to cope with difficulties at work, so can determine the group work is to be able to make endowment nurse job burnout degree of pressure relief. Hope that through this study, helps to deepen academic exploration of endowment nurse job burnout, to further broaden the application area for the team, to provide theoretical support for the research of the localization of team work.
