In recent years,job burnout has received extensive attention as an increasingly prominent occupational disease.The nursery governesses of children welfare institute plays an important role in looking after children,ensuring their healthy growth and life.A lot of nursery governesses have suffered job burnout because of the large amount of tasks,high requirements,low flexibility time,and unsatisfactory salary.By studying the problem of job burnout,it can help to build a better team of nursery governesses,which will enable the domestic welfare industry to be significantly improved.Using the methods of group social work,the paper explores the phenomenon of job burnout among nursery governesses,and gives relevant suggestions according to the specific practical process,in order to achieve the goal of alleviating the job burnout of nursery governesses.From the perspective of professional social work,this study explores the problem of job burnout in nursery governesses of children welfare institute,strives to expand the research ideas of job burnout,and provide some experience for group social work to better intervene in job burnout of nursery governesses.
