The philosophy of differentiating instruction can be traced back to the Teaching students in Accordance with their Aptitude of Confucius the earliest.In the development process of education,there had produced the educational philosophy and methods concerned about the individual differences of students successively,such as Teaching students in Accordance with their Aptitude,individualistic education,hierarchical teaching and so on...Differentiating instruction inherit the educational thought of Teaching students in Accordance with their Aptitude,but get the new development than Teaching students in Accordance with their Aptitude,it is a comprehensive,inheritance and further development of Teaching students in Accordance with their Aptitude,individualistic education and hierarchical teaching and other teaching theories.So,how to make the Teaching students in Accordance with their Aptitude of Physics in Senior High School?After entering high school problems between the students is more obvious.The author use the breakthrough point of the differences of senior high school student to solve the physical problems and for the differences make the further research and implement the individual guidance for the specific questions,to realize the Senior high school's differentiating instruction in deed.The research define the physical problems involved,the differences of resolving physical problems and individual guidance,The philosophy of differentiating instruction and constructivism are provide the theoretic basis for the individual guidance of senior high school students.It proves the rationality and necessity of individual guidance to solve the differences of physical problems in Senior High School,briefly introduce the time arrangement,the implementation process and implementationstrategies of individual guidance.Then,the author analyzes the questionary about the problem on solve the differences of physical problem on solve the differences of physical problems and the students study the related problems in KeErqin NO.2 Middle School and makes analyses on the situations of eight students. The author also summarizes the effectiveness of the practice,and points out the problems which are found in the process of the practice and needed to make further considerations.Chapter seven is the conclusion of the study.The practice of individual guidance to solve the differences of physical problems in Senior High School Students are paying much attention to the difference of each students,digging up the potential abilities of students,and promoting student's development in all aspects.And it is fit for the requirements of new curriculum and fully presents cater to student's individual needs.And it is useful for students to get the high mark and arouse their interest in learning.It can also develop a harmonious relationship between students and teachers and provide support for the further education.
