Objective: City in the survey of organization of provide for the aged of the pension caregivers on the abuse of the elderly knowledge,attitude and self-assessment of the ability of the problem of elder abuse,elder abuse tendency,in order to avoid the elderly abuse to provide reference.Methods: This study is descriptive.With convenient sampling method,the pension caregivers of several selected city pension institutions as the research object.The survey tool draws on Cai Xiufeng's "elder abuse knowledge scale","elder abuse attitude scale","self assessment of treatment by Tiger encounter difficulty" the amount of the elderly,were revised,and cited the maturity scale "caregiver elder abuse assessment scale.The main contents include: basic data and the nursing staff of elder abuse questionnaire.A total of 280 questionnaires were returned 296 copies,in addition to the invalid questionnaires,the effective questionnaire is 267 copies,with general information the efficiency of 95.36%.with constituent ratio(%),statistical analysis and standard deviation.Regression analysis of the impact on the high risk factors.Result:1 Shijiazhuang city pension caregivers of elderly abuse knowledge scored an average of 35.86%,showed the endowment caregivers to insufficient knowledge of elderly abuse.Pension nurse's attitude toward the elderly abuse takes to the mean value of 2.74.Self assessment deals with the problem of abuse of the elderly ability is insufficient,the mean value of 2.69.2 14.98% of pension caregivers the elderly tendency Ming to abuse,need to strengthen the education of this part of the crowd,turn potential abuse of the elderly behavior in a timely manner.3 Age,qualifications,working years and abusive has significantcorrelation,statistically significant(P<0.001),older people tend to influence factors endowment caregivers abuse are age,qualifications and working years.Conclusion:1 Shijiazhuang city pension nurse the abuse of the old knowledge level is not high,basic positive attitude,processing capacity needs to be strengthened.2 The part of pension caregivers the abuse of the elderly tendency is obvious.3 Influence of pension caregivers to abuse the old risk factors are: the age,working years,certification.
