The Intervention Study On Social Work Of Family Caregivers Stress Counseling For The Elderly

Aging has become the inevitable trend of China's social development,and home-based pension has become the mainstream of China's pension mode.Nowadays,the main problem involved in family endowment is the problem of elderly family caregivers.Because the research on the elderly and their caregivers is still in its infancy and has not formed a complete system,and the current focus is mainly on the elderly.The family caregivers of the elderly are in the neglected group for a long time,so the caregivers are in urgent need of support.Social work research selects the family caregivers of the elderly in community G as the research object.Found that the group suffered from a certain degree of mental stress,with excessive sense of responsibility,stress management group activities are needed to address this issue.The author through participant observation,questionnaire investigation and household interview method,collection G community elderly family caregivers individual responsibility,for the collected questionnaire using the SPSS statistical analysis,understanding the needs of the community elderly family caregivers,from personal experience,knowledge,social relief and other aspects of energy efficiency,carry out targeted the six group activities.In the end,participants can improve their stress coping style,cognitive level and social support,help them deal with negative emotions,learn relevant knowledge and skills,and improve their ability to take care of patients,so that participants can solve problems and relieve stress by themselves.The planning and implementation process of the counseling group service in this paper is always centered on the pressure counseling of elderly family caregivers.The counseling process of the group is divided into three stages,namely the initial stage,the middle stage and the late stage,with six activities.By using social support network theory,advantage perspective theory and social system theory,the maximum advantage of the reciprocal group model can be utilized to improve the sense of self-efficiency and self-identity of group members.
