Improving the innovation quality of graduate students is the only way to improve the quality of university personnel training, and the necessary requirement of the training mode of innovative talents and the training mechanism of graduate students. According to scholars have, by the self-designed "university graduate students innovation literacy questionnaire, postgraduates innovative quality five dimensions, and field investigation of the Jiangxi Province, part of the college graduate students innovative literacy development. This paper analyzes the difference of multiple characteristic variables of master's degree students, understanding the current situation, finding the problems, analyzing the reasons, and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the innovative quality of the master's degree. The full text is divided into the following four parts:The first part is the introduction, which introduces the background, purpose and significance of the study, the definition of the related concepts, domestic and international research review, research content and methods, and the innovation of this study. Then on the basis of literature research, through the survey and interviews, and other methods to get a number of characteristics of the innovative quality of the value, for the follow-up survey and research to lay the foundation.Secondly, the preparation process of the questionnaire for the innovation literacy of the graduate students. According to the previous research, the research on the characteristics of innovative literacy of the relevant graduate students to prepare items, upset the random arrangement of the formation of the survey questionnaire. Test after using spss20.0 of innovation quality ingredients to explore factor analysis, innovation quality five dimensions and feature combination, innovation and quality by the innovation ability, learning ability, knowledge innovation, power of innovation and creativity will five dimensions. And the overall reliability and validity of the questionnaire were verified.Again for the empirical research part. Through the field research to get the relevant data, understand the current status of the development of innovative literacy. The SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software was used to analyze the results of the questionnaire survey. The difference of the main comparative master's degree in the gender, professional, urban and rural, grade, whether the only child, whether to participate in the topic of the tutor, the host of topics, published papers, etc.. Analysis the following results are found: an urban and rural basic education research in multi dimensions and innovation accomplishment as a whole, there was a significant difference, that is, from the town of graduate students than rural graduate students generally perform better from; of science and engineering professional graduate students than the study of Humanities and social sciences majors students innovation ability is stronger; male than female graduate students also showed a stronger innovation ability; in graduate research practice and achievements in scientific research practice and: the graduate than did not participate in the practice of scientific research and published papers research performance superior to.And the last part is mainly based on in front of the investigation and statistical analysis, the analysis of the reasons, to put forward to enhance graduate several countermeasures and suggestions of the innovation quality: strengthening graduate students in preschool education action, to reform and perfect the current study of postgraduate entrance examination system. Schools and teachers should study students to provide more opportunities for practice and training, to strengthen the graduate research training and guidance; to create a good academic atmosphere in the campus culture, to strengthen academic exchanges; improve the system construction, strengthen management guidance. Graduate students themselves to strengthen their own learning, consolidate the knowledge base, optimize the knowledge structure, actively participate in practice, continue to enhance the ability to innovate, and constantly improve the quality of innovation.
