In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the enrollment scale of graduate students in China,the phenomenon of choosing cross major graduate students is becoming more and more common.As a special group of cross-disciplinary graduate students,the scale of cross-disciplinary graduate students is also showing a growing trend year by year.Although cross professional graduate students have the background advantages of cross specialty,compared with non professional graduate students,they have great differences in knowledge structure,thinking mode and the professional knowledge foundation to be learned.These differences have a great influence on the cultivation of professional literacy of cross-disciplinary graduate students.At present,some colleges and universities in China have realized that corresponding measures must be taken to deal with this new situation,but most universities still adopt traditional graduate training system,and the new mode of cross specialty graduate professional literacy cultivation has not yet been formed.Therefore,it has become a concern for the cultivation of graduate students in the new era to strengthen the quality of cross professional master's training,strengthen the quality of cross professional master's graduate students' training and improve the professional literacy ability of the cross professional master's graduates.This paper takes the promotion of professional literacy of cross professional graduate students in picture file as the research object.The main methods are questionnaire survey and interview to analyze the factors influencing the professional literacy of cross professional graduate students in the picture file,and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures from the subjective and objective aspects.The specific content is carried out from the following three aspects:First,the author defines the relevant concepts of "cross professional graduate students" and "professional literacy",expounds the theory of learning motivation,interdisciplinary theory and Marxist theory on the overall development of human beings,aiming to lay a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research;Secondly,the paper uses the questionnaire survey and the interview with teachers and students to investigate the factors influencing the professional literacy of cross professional graduate students in the picture file,and analyzes the main factors that affect the professional literacy of cross professional graduate students.Third,according to the above analysis,the paper summarizes the strategies of improving professional literacy of cross professional graduate students from the subjective and objective aspects,including: the subjective students should correct their learning attitude,enhance their learning motivation,clarify the learning purpose,and maintain a good psychological state;Objective aspects should be taken to strengthen the construction of the tutor team,optimize the curriculum,set up targeted training programs,improve the evaluation mode and other strategies.Finally,the paper summarizes the research situation of the whole paper and puts forward the prospect of the future development.On the one hand,the above research provides reference for improving the overall quality of graduate students in the field of picture and information files,on the other hand,it has important theoretical and practical significance to improve the graduate training system and help the development of the project.
