Research On The Currrent Situation And Promotion Strategies Of College Students' Innovative Entrepreneurship Ability

Scientific and technological innovation has become an important foothold and starting point of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the country by talents.We should adhere to the strategy of innovation-driven development and strive to create a new economic growth model that relies on the vitality of scientific and technological innovation.The innovation power of the whole society is being activated and releasing tremendous energy.Human resources with innovative entrepreneurial ability will be an important force to promote the development of enterprises and social economy promote the transformation of old and new driving forces,tap and cultivate entrepreneurial talents with innovative and creative passion,for promoting the new situation of innovation and entrepreneurship to reserve and cultivate favorable command human resources.Based on a large mumber of literatures and summarizing the previous research results,constructed the evaluation index system of innovative entrepreneurship,with basic ability,comprehensive ability,innovation consciousness,entrepreneurship awareness for level 1 dimension evaluation model.Based on the survey data of two universities,undergraduate and junior college students,the reliability and validity test was conducted through SPSS.22.Through statistical analysis of the data,it can be concluded that the overall level of innovative entrepreneurial ability of college students is not high,the entrepreneurial motivation of college students is not strong,the consciousness of choosing innovative entrepreneurial field is weak,and the degree of entrepreneurship education is low.There are significant differences in the innovative entrepreneurial ability of female college students.College students majoring in literature and history and science and engineering have significant differences in innovative entrepreneurial ability.Undergraduates with different cadre roles and entrepreneurial experience have significant differences in innovative entrepreneurial ability.On this basis,putting forward specific suggestions from the individual,University and policy levels.College students should set up an innovative concept of entrepreneurship and improve their ability of independent innovation.Colleges and universities should create a good atmosphere for innovation and entrepreneurship,establish a sound education system for innovation and entrepreneurship,and optimize the construction of innovative and entrepreneurship teachers.Improving policy drivers for innovation-driven entrepreneurship education.
