The rapid development of economy seriously destroyed the environment. This kind of damage has severely limited the sustainable development of society.Environmental problems haven’t solved yet, which are not just technical and legal problems. Ultimately, it’s a moral issue. Therefore, environmental problems should rise to the level of morality; morality should be used to restrain people’s behavior.Geography contains rich material about environmental moral education.Therefore, geography teacher can take full use of the advantages of geography environmental moral education and dig the materials of environmental ethics education of geography textbooks. Design suitable teaching scheme which permeate the environmental moral education has important meaning to enhance the students’ environment moral qualities. High school is the key period that the students can form their philosophy, values and social responsibility in. classroom education is the main position for high school students. Environmental moral education is penetrated in classroom teaching, which can enrich the teaching content and make the classroom full of vitality on the basis of completing teaching goal. Environmental moral education enable students to recognize the importance of the harmonious relationship between human being and land, which has important significance to firm high school students’ will of environmental protection and cultivate good environmental behavior.Based on a large amount of literatures which relate to environmental moral education, this paper integrates curriculum standards with the relevant contents in Geographic textbooks, which are involved with environmental moral education, and studies the effective ways to permeate ethnic education in high school teaching by questionnaire method, documentary analysis and statistical analysis. The questionnaire mainly investigates the situation of high school students’ environmental moral cognition, environmental moral emotion, environmental moral will,environmental ethical behavior and environmental moral education in the school.Through the survey, the researchers found that high school students’ environmental moral cognition and emotion are relatively optimistic. However their environmental will is not determined and environmental moral behaviors are not ideal because of the external disturbance.Finally, this paper put forward recommendations for the environment moral education which are suitable for teachers aiming at the condition of questionnaire.Reasonable Use of Water is the contents of compulsory one of PEP Geography in the high school, which are designed to teach by permeating environmental moral education. This paper show the ways environmental moral education permeates into the Geography teaching.
