This article is established in the views of scientific evolution,continuance evolution theory, environmental science and education science theories and so on combining the characteristics of geography teaching in high schools and some disciplinarians that highschool students develop their perception .Different methods such as literature analysis, practice investigation are adopted probing emphatically into the contents, approaches and methods how environmental education is carried into execution in geography teaching in high schools.It briefly introduces the history, connotation,theory elements and general situations of evolution in environmental education;expounds the superiorities,significance about environmental education which is penetrated in geography teaching。This paper expounds both environmental education and project learning, and combines them together properly. The purpose is to develop project learning in environmental education, and promote the effective implementation of environmental education with a new learning way- project learning.The above teaching practices illuminate that in high schools putting environmental education into practice in geography teaching has its particular advantages .Geography teachers should not only be good at excavating fodders about environmental education in teaching materials, but also recruit the environmental hotspots in time into teaching. We hould tackle the two main positions :in and out of class. reform teaching methods and set up more situations and opportunities so that the students can feel,experience and inner convert in the given atmosphere. Also we should continuously improve our own environmental attainments.
