In June 1999, our country carried out the eighth basic education curriculum reform, the new curriculum reform based on the development of students as the foundation, and finally realize the transformation of the way of learning. In this context, the national primary and secondary schools are actively carry out education reform, and strive to explore and implement quality education. The new curriculum reform advocates encouraging students to study independently, cooperate and exchange, and actively explore the teaching concept. In the course of implementing and carrying out the new curriculum reform, people gradually realize that the reform of classroom teaching is the prerequisite and guarantee for the success of geography curriculum reform. Learning under the new curriculum reform as a new thing, change their way of learning, the smooth implementation of the important carrier of efficient classroom. This study tries to from the seven grade geography teaching of changing the traditional classroom teaching mode of, in order to study the learning plan as the focus, to explore the preparation of seven grade geography new curriculum teaching case and application strategies.This paper based on the constructionist learning theory, Vygotsky's zone of proximate development theory, Aussie's meaningful learning theory the theory of humanism, learning motivation theory as the research basis, in the basic research of God on the related concepts of the learning plan and learning plan teaching,explaining the geography classroom learning plan teaching learning strategies to improve, including the principle of design of the content of the lesson plan preparation, lesson plan, the lesson plan, teaching model of the attention problem of the lesson plan and plan implementation steps and learning plan teaching application implementation suggestion.In the main part of the article, through the interviews of students and to the geography classroom teaching observation, under the precondition of the autonomous learning situation of students to understand the proposed the theory of the lesson plan,analysis and describes the problems encountered in the application process, the reasons for the existing problems and puts forward improvement strategies and the implementation suggestions. Through a per-test and a post test comparison and observing students' enthusiasm for study and homework completion quality, it can be found that learning plan teaching than the traditional teaching showed more advantages, is a good way for the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability.In the course of the study, also there are many shortcomings, my professor's class is quality class seven grade four class, student's learning attitude and cognitive level better than the regular class, but I design plan just for the quality of class students, for ordinary class does not necessarily apply, I design plan just based on your writing, in what is learning plan better adapt to the student's actual demand, how to make the students participate in the plan design, the design of the learning plan and how to optimize, how to improve the learning plan teaching of teachers in the classroom control ability, also need to continue to explore improvement.In this paper, the research of the classroom teaching of Geography in junior high school, the use of the learning plan has also made some achievements, students' autonomous learning ability has been improved.
